The staff is fabulous & the breakfast outstanding!
The room needs some improvement! The hard surface flooring was filthy - had to wipe up a water spill and the towel was black! No idea what was on the carpet but we stepped on it once and then wore shoes at all times. It was damp and sticky. Reminded us of a college apartment after a party.
Finally the sink was extremely slow to drain.
Disappointed - not up to cleanliness standards for a Hampton Inn.

Behind the door in the room it stated the maximum daily room rate, I was charged way above that rate for 1 night stay. I am disappointed by this and won't be staying at Hampton inn in Sioux Falls or using ******* again. I keep getting this review bumped back to me. I don't know what you want to write. This is my experience.

We were in Sioux Falls, SD for a weekend concert. Before we checked in, we didn't knot the Hampton inn offered free shuttle to and from the venue, which was great.
