"During my two-day stay, the room wasn't cleaned even once. I reported the problem directly to the concierge, who assured me repeatedly that the cleaning would be done "within minutes." These promises were never kept. I was deceived with excuses and reassurances that were completely unfulfilled. For a hotel of this caliber, this behavior is simply unacceptable. Room cleaning is an essential service, not a favor granted to the guest. An extremely disappointing experience, and the service fell far short of expectations. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT."
