I had stayed at this location a year ago and the condition has really gotten bad. The whole building is run down and needs a lot of repairs as well as being dirty from the parking lot to the room. The whole hotel reeks from people smoking ********* and is a non-smoking hotel. The light fixture above the sink was unattached from the wall and was hanging by the wires. The shower handle turned around in full circles and had to find just the right spot to stop at to get hot water to come out. I found bugs in the bathroom in the morning when I went to take a shower. The check in person acted very inconvenienced by having to stop watching tv in the office and check me in, just handed me items and wouldn't say a word even though I tried to engage in polite conversation. Definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

Take our advice and keep looking. Window was broke, coffee pot was broke, remote for tv missing the back, fire marshal would fine them for all of the plugs in one outlet! The one chair in the room was all stained. The family who runs it speak limited English. Once we walked in our room we wanted to turn around and leave but we would be out our money! I hope you read this before booking this hotel!

We didn't feel safe at this hotel. The room we were given was right at the top of the stairwell (no elevator) so we kept being woken up throughout the night. Room was not clean - god only knows when the floors were last cleaned - our feet were black! Did Hotel is old and dated and needs renovation.

The good: * Breakfast was tasty, had biscuits and gravy, waffle makers, bagels, and more. * Plenty of parking and easy to get to. * Front desk was friendly. * Front desk recommended the Fryn' Pan restaurant which was delicious. * WiFi was fast, was able to download and play games with no issues. * Sink was outside of the bathroom. * Refrigerator, microwave, and TV. * Conveniently placed entrances from the parking lot. * Maintenance changed light bulb the same day when we told the front desk. * Freezer worked well, was able to freeze water bottles. The bad: * Room was small. When the bathroom door was open, you were not able to open the main door. * No bathroom fan. * The bath mat towel had black spots. * The bathroom light had one completely burnt out bulb, the other bulb started flickering and completely went out while I was showering. * Maintenance left the light cover on the bathtub and only put in one good bulb. * Only three pillows per room and only had one towel when we walked in. * Cleaning service only occurs every three days unless requested. * Breakfast was the same every day.

As my Family and I were travelling for a Soccer Tournament, we planned ahead and booked a room through the company I work for, as we have a contract with this Hotel that gives us a discount, over a month in advance. Showed up to check-in on Friday night, gave them the confirmation number and company I was with and was told that the room had been cancelled, would not tell me by whom or why. They said they were sorry but had no more available rooms at that time, again I showed them the confirmation email from the month prior and asked how this could happen, to no avail, just an apology. Called my company contact and was told that it was not them, as there is 1 person that does the booking, it was not hard to track down that my company was not the ones that cancelled. So here I am at 9:00 at night trying to find another Hotel to get my family into to get cleaned up and rested, as we had to be back on the road again by 8 a.m. for more games, already played 2 that day. Ended up finding a Hotel after multiple calls, that ended up costing significantly more than what this would have cost at our company rate. As there was another Sporting Event in town that weekend also, rooms were scarce.

Amber at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Got us the last first floor room. Husband has bad knees and traveling with a partially blind dog. Room was clean and comfortable. Gateway sports bar and restaurant walking distance. Great atmosphere and food.
