We had an amazing time and part of it was our place in Skiathos Pineapple Pension! Clean, cozy, more than amazing for the value of money! Perfect location in the beguining of the main street! Near the bus stop 4, there is a coffee downstairs (Dafny’s Sweets), there is a Gyros place 2 minutes away! Big balcony (the size of the room), a little bit noisy, becauae of the main street, but windows closed there is no problem with sleeping! Strongly reccomend, if we come back in Skiathos, definetly we will stay there again!

I stayed here in June for 5 nights and thought it was great value for money. It was immaculate and room cleaned everyday . The guy on reception was helpful and friendly. The location is amazing and has a great coffee/pastry shop around the corner - 1 minute walk. Yes it’s basic but has everything you need. I stayed here alone and felt very safe. I would stay again.

There was a natural disaster and the property declined to refund the amount even though I wasn't able to get to to property (the ferry was canceled and there were movement restriction on the island).

We arrived yesterday at ten in the evening, they gave us the keys and opened the door with a broken handle, we found a very small, dirty room, with an unbearable smell of mold that forced us to open the balcony to try to breathe. We went down to the reception to ask for a change of room but there was no one there. In the dirty bathroom there was mold everywhere, inexplicable stains on the floor and in the room insects of various kinds: bedbugs, ladybugs and finally a huge cockroach. As if that wasn't enough the towels were stained. There were no electrical outlets available so much so that we had to unplug the refrigerator, there was no hair dryer and the shower was obscene. We ran away this morning. Never again!

The must for this guesthouse is Ideal. Let's start from one main aspect... Cleanliness. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the cleaning with the change of linen such as towels and sheets is DAILY... excellent. Then it is ideal for the location. It is located on the corner of Papadiamanti Street which is the main street of Skiatos for evening or afternoon walking where there are bars, shops, restaurants until you reach the port. And then it overlooks the provincial road that connects the entire southern part of the island to reach the beaches. The provincial road where there are bus stops every 2,300 meters... Next to the entrance there is a bar (nothing special) but 50 meters towards papadiamanti there is a beautiful pastry shop bar for breakfast. A few minutes walk away there are 2 supermarkets, one smaller and one very large, we are talking about a 5-6 minute walk for the large market and 2 or 3 minutes walk for the small one. For the family who wants to enjoy the sea and walks in the village it is ideal. Obviously it is not luxurious and does not have excellent finishes but for a comfortable and comfortable stay it is more than fine. My room also had a large window and a shared balcony with tables and chairs. Truly recommended for those who want to go to Skiathos and find an excellent place to stay at an affordable price.

The door frames were broken, there was never a reception desk, there are no cameras anywhere, anyone can enter wherever they want and we ended up stealing a lot of money from my friend that we had in the room without compensating us and without showing any interest. I stayed at the property for 4 nights during the last week of July. The only positive note is the location, being just a few minutes from the center of Skiathos town, so no reason to take transport to reach restaurants and clubs. For the rest, I do not recommend the structure: staff who do not speak English, small and suffocating rooms, plasterboard walls (zero privacy). Furthermore, we were able to note the total unavailability of the property to resolve a problem that caused great disservice to all guests, namely the total lack of water in the bathroom from 7pm on July 28th to 9am the following day. Never happened in all the stays we have done. Add to all this an excessive level of prices (more than 100 euros/night) obviously not justified by the poor quality level of the structure. Don't go there.
