The hotel has not Spa , swimming pool but there are 3 stars employee . All My negative feelings were finished regarding their service . The Gold star employee is hotel Manager Alexander , Silver star employee restaurant Manager Egor and star employee who names Kate , She is senior Housekeeper. They are the real heroes of the hotel, they deserve appreciation for their service, positive approach, and outstanding effort to solve problems. Normally, a star becomes a star in a workplace, and he or she saves that business, but when two star employees come together, they save the country. In rare cases, if three star employees come across the same shift, they can change the whole world with their excellent service and friendly approach. All my negative thoughts about your hotel and your country were changed by these three heroes Yildiz on my last night in the country. For a transit foreigner in Minsk airport this hotel was a real barging. Not having any means of communication in Belarus, we asked relatives to book it from Ukraine and it was done very easy via Trip.com. A girl at the reception was very supportive and sent a yandex taxy to take us from airport for affordable price. Moreover, paying for one night we were able to check-in at 9 a.m. Another pluses were welcoming hotel's cat and nice, peaceful forest around the hotel. Of course, price of USD 70 a bit high, but it is Belarus, after all, and everything in the city was more expensive plus USD 40 - 60 for a taxy to get there.

The hotel is new and relatively clean, but it may be newer, but it still smells like decoration, which is quite pungent.
