Hotel is next to metro 2 central train station and is quite good if you can navigate the metro, line
The breakfast is the same everyday but staff are good and complimentary coffee in reception. On my visit very quiet this time of year in Sofia but I enjoyed Sofia
No restaurant nearby have to go into city . There are shops nearby about 1/2 km away but it’s ok and safe
Night time few doggy characters around this part of town but avoid them
24 hr reception was helpful and warm
Just if you come in late grab some food for your room as nothing to eat around
