The cleaning ladies where smoking inside the yoga room while we were working out. Reception wasn't occupied, the whatsapp number was super helpfull and always replied quickly"

I showed them the request I wrote. Because of the word count requirement, I wrote it in Chinese on Ctrip. The other party immediately said that we couldn't understand it.
