In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough
The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person)
Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet
I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4

The hotel is located very near to the pedestrian street Vitosha and the city center- they are in a walking distance. The room was comfy and spatious, the mini bar is all payed you have no complimentary cofee, tea or water. The parking is payed as well, the hotel charged us 17 euro for 1 day on a public parking even thou it was a holiday -and you do not pay for parking on holidays. The breakfast was basic and very dry, everything was like it was cooked the day before. All in all ok for a one night sleep over.
