Excellent hotel resort and parks! It's all inclusive. Everyone is very nice, the hotel has many restaurants with different kinds of food, international, local and fusion cuisines. Many activities all day and night. It's one of the best hotels in the world with many awards. Recreational themes parks all included! Best vacation ever. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful Hotel with a lot of arts and the focus on sustainability (what is possible in such a big hotel). Restaurants and Bars are serving at top level. The several Rooftop Swimming pools let you think you are in a different Hotel. The Parks are also amazing.

The property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle.
The food was great and the service was top notch.
Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast.
Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. Everything was great only complaint was hard time navigating through out the resort.
Food was great, no beach area where I stayed and was closed half of the time.
Some restaurants not include in certain resorts staying at.
Definitely worth going back.

one of the best hotel I have stayed, you have everything like 12 restaurants to eat and the pools and the place to do kayak and be on the ocean pools ara amazing its a nice resort with everything you can dream, amazing views and the restaurant the mercado san juan its amazing for breakfast its food all around Mexico you need a week to see the whole hotel, plus you have acces to all the parks of Xcaret we try the xenses and Xcaret at night its nice, everything for all the family better than the disneys resorts I think its
one of the top 10 best hotels in the world, it has something for all kind of taste, from privacy to a lot of places for socialize. I will comeback again for longer stay its worth it.
