Went for a business retreat. Property is small and intimate and beautiful, but in the middle of nowhere. They charge very high USD prices, which is baffling because they are in Mexico. There room taxes are expensive. The maids touch and re-arrange all your stuff....border line intrusive. The food was outstanding and fresh. Don't walk barefoot on the beach. There are sand fleas and they create inflammation and extreme itching.

Just absolute perfection in every way. A Very special and beautiful resort, where you will feel pampered by the staff, and never want to leave. The Spacious Rooms with oversized and Fabulous Balcony's are ALL ocean facing, Beautiful Beach and Pool. Amazing gym and incredible food. Etereo is not 5 star..It is 10! Truly the most gracious, lovely and sincere staff, that will make your vacation spectacular in every way. I can't wait to go back. Heavenly and Magical in every way...THANK YOU for the amazing trip

My best friend and I stayed at the St. Regis Kanai for a relaxing getaway. Etéreo and the Edition are just a 5 minute golf cart away, making for an expanded resort experience with multiple restaurants. We ventured to Itzam for dinner at Etéreo and had an excellent experience. Our waiter, Oscar Sosa, was cheerful and thorough with explaining the distinct ingredients and preparations of their elevated Mexican menu. We both did the catch of the day with pipian, which was delicious. I was also impressed with the quality of the Itzam cocktail menu. Oscar shared a little about his years living in New York, and even did a little dancing as he went about his work! It was raining when we were leaving the restaurant and Oscar opened up a large golf umbrella for us to walk out the (beautiful!) length of the property back to the lobby. The staff at reception helped us call for a special golf cart from the St. Regis with a plastic cover to protect us from the rain on our ride back. Generous hospitality all around!

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon in December. It was one of the best hotel stays we have had in a while. The service was outstanding, food very good, spa was wonderful. The hotel grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

My husband and I used studio Eminence photography for our maternity shoot during our baby moon. Gary was our photographer and did an incredible job with our photos. He was also so patient, responsive, and helpful with all of my questions. He made my husband and I feel comfortable and we had such an amazing time during our photoshoot with him. The photoshoot was taken at Etéreo resort and I cannot say enough great things about the property. It is absolutely breathtaking and so serene. We love how quiet and peaceful it was. The nature and surroundings of the property makes you feel tucked away in a jungle, but with access to a clean crystal beach. The pier I could fall asleep on, and the architecture was exceptionally done. It’s such a unique property and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to take photos there. Overall it was a great experience for us and we highly recommend it to others.

An amazing hotel, incredible property, with the best service in the industry. Our guide Ricardo, and the two waiters who work at the pool, Daniel and Carlos, went above and beyond. The were warm, friendly, helpful, and kind. They turned a good vacation into a great vacation.

We were guests at the St. Regis (amazing) and had a dinner at Itzam. The decor of the restaurant is very pueblo-like, offering an authentic atmosphere. The food was excellent, every item a culinary delight. As it was our honeymoon, the manager offered some bubbly but my husband does not drink. The manager didn't blink an eye and insisted that instead our dessert would be on the house. That was very kind and we really appreciated it! Oscar Sosa was our waiter, he was very attentive and helpful! If you are staying at any of the Kanai resorts, you should absolutely book a dinner at Itzam =)

Second visit here. Stand by my excellent 2023 review. I’d say food has improved this year. Breakfasts are outstanding. Dinners noticeably better. Remarkably friendly staff across the board. Very kid friendly Thanksgiving week, which was not our experience last year. We didn’t bring kids but there were plenty of them around. We had, as requested, Itzel as our guia. Her role was to provide guidance throughout our stay to ensure all was going smoothly. She was at all times a text away and was - once again - additive to our visit.
