Very good amenities however, there can be times where pool loungers can be very busy and its a struggle to find one especially after lunch time. There were sargassum on the beach but the hotel tried to keep it clean everyday. The shows were great and there are alot of things/events prepared for the guests. Customer service is very good too. You really feel welcomed by everyone."
