Very warm welcome and everything as it should be. Swift service both at the hotel and Beefeater next door. Good location for motorway but it’s not in Solihull- it’s in Shirley which is a distance from Solihull itself. No problem to us though.

Wuxisha Holiday Camp feels like a primary school graduation camp! And there was a pack of expired and unopened ice cream jelly in the room! The only thing worth appreciating is the steakhouse opposite!

Booked two excellent rooms. Very quiet location, good parking. Just along from a large Tesco and a McDonalds; 10 mins drive to NEC. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious, very comfortable and clean. Would recommend, especially if attending an event at the NEC

Reception where quite rude. Booked a dinner bed and breakfast rate, after a long drive was greeted at 6pm to be told no tables in restaurant until 9pm as only seating 2 tables (max 8 people) every half hour. Breakfast again was same so no breakfast tables left. Room although clean was tired, curtains falling off rail, had to fix and general state is tired state. Went in restaurant at 7pm it was empty, but still refused to seat us. Avoid this place if you want to eat and definitely don’t book on bed/breakfast rate.

We stayed in a family room for two nights, it was clean and comfortable, the parking was good, having EV charging on site was a good feature although one particular car was blocking it a lot of the time. The only issue was the food, the portions are pretty small for the price and the quality wasn't great. I had an undercooked burger which gave me some gastric problems throughout the night and into the next day.

Great seamless checking in. Plenty of parking - and it’s free. Bedroom allocated was of the first floor but no lift. The room was very well appointed and clean. No complaints from us other than the shower had a fixed shower head with limited pressure. Food is a short walk through the car park. A the evening meal we were impressed with service executed by very friendly and engaging staff Food was great and fresh and service very fast. Breakfast was no different. A decent continental spread with fresh silver service hot menu. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

Premier Inn always gives me a quiet room, a good bed and good staff. Ricky was outstanding, so nice while also sorting out everyone's needs. Gold star guy. Having the usual generous Premier Inn breakfast on hand is a bonus and I ate in the restaurant in the evenings also.

Ben on reception on arrival was very polite, professional and very helpful. Explained what was on offer for meals, breakfast etc. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy............................................................
