Free upgrade to family room, more suitable for vacation, close to the beach. But the Wi-Fi in the room is very poor, the breakfast is not good, not suitable for Chinese taste, it is unpalatable

The Royal Jinene sousse hotel is easily accessible
It has free car parking for hotel residents.
The reception is very good, the staff is polite and helpful.

The beach is in front of the hotel, access is easy and quick.
The room is clean, as I had requested during my reservation I wanted a sea view I was entitled to a room on the 5th and last floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea.
Just the equipment is a bit old that's all I noticed.
I recommend it and I will go back.

Nice hotel we went in jan so not in season but staff are very helpful and hotel is clean, staff made my daughters birthday amazing big celebration we were very happy the manager helped with a cake for her and went out of there way to arrange it with me

Best entertainment and batman's all nice people, amazing culture. For sure recommended as a first trip to Islamic country :＞. Room was clean eveyday new sheets open bar on the pool, clean water cleaned everyday varieties of food in restaurat good price nothing to complain.

Absolutely horrible. The rooms old, hotel isn't maintained, the ac doesn't cool, the furniture is old, very poor amenities, nothing like what you see in the images. Please dont be fooled. I'll never be visiting this hotel again.

Well firstly this hotel is best avoided at all cost the hotel is dirty and out dated the pool area is dirty never washed down or swept up side plenty of sunbed to choose from no pool towels but there is very dirty sun lounger cushions and the pool music is diabolical and just plays on repeat most of the staff walk round on there fones all day outside pool.is absolutely freezing but the inside pool is warm. Food well if u like eggs and veal, pizza fish with heads on and veg then u will eat well if ur a pickie eater then this is not the hotel not for you,but if ur meal is cold worry not there is a micro wave to reheat your food !!. rooms are cleaned every day but after 11days I had to ask for the beds to be changed ,we had a sea view which would have been amazing but the shanty town in-between is a mess dumped rubbish animals and other dumped stuff. Tennis court crazy golf and basket ball have all see better days , day entertainment was no existent if you do go out of season do not expect to stay in the hotel.u booked as the large hotel closes for the winter months amd u end up in the small dated one at the back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best holiday I have ever been on! We will definitely be coming back to the Royal Jinene in Tunisia. We were smiling and laughing from the day we arrived to the day we left. We didn’t want to go home. All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful, the animation team were incredible and entertained our 2 little girls to make sure they could have the best holiday and us mums could relax too. We are SO grateful for every single person in the animation team for making our holiday special, they are such an amazing team. The entertainment in the evening was so much fun, dancing, quiz’s, different games, karaoke and shows from outside the hotel. There is different music by the pool all day so it’s good because you can listen to different types of music when sunbathing and not just the same thing. The food and drinks were great too, there is a different selection of Tunisia food and English food, something for everyone. There is plenty of bars in the hotel to get drinks from and the beach and sea is beautiful, there is a bar on the beach which walks straight out, it was nice and quiet here. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend coming here whether you are a family with children / solo or couples. There is something for everyone. A huge thank you to everyone at this wonderful hotel! 🥰

Animation team are very good and helpful, so kind and fun I would definitely come again!! The bedrooms are very good and comfortable and relaxing my family love the pool and the beach is very quiet and amazing. The food is great and good service I would rate this place 10/10

Absolutely loved this place best part was meeting mino. He made the holiday perfect for us even dressed up as Spider-Man for my sons 18th birthday he was so much fun always had an activity for us to do day and night we luv Mino can wait to see him again. Rooms were very clean maid service everyday and she was lovely too. Only thing I would change is a different selection of food it just was the same all the time. Was very tasty. Highly recommend this hotlel
