"Service was incredibly slow! Check-in and check-out were very disorganized. We often waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar, even with no other guests, as staff were busy chatting amongst themselves. However, the staff were generally friendly. However, a word of caution regarding the pool staff (the lifeguards). They would take already occupied sun loungers and parasols, claiming we weren't using them, even if we had just stepped away for a quick dip in the water. It seems you have to tip the lifeguards to get a sun lounger. The room's air conditioning was broken. It was 28 degrees Celsius inside, and despite numerous complaints, very little was done to address it. It's a shame, as the hotel itself is nice; not ideally located, but it's acceptable. I'm not sure I would stay here again. One thing is for sure though, it's definitely not a five-star hotel."

"Because I booked a beach family hotel and was cheated, I temporarily booked this one, just on the beach, and at the same time in the city center. The train station came out 100 meters. The beach resort hotel on the tall, but unfortunately stayed for one night, there is a small balcony, you can also massage (although there is no time to experience), you can rush without brains. "European resorts are all white families. It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet. There are kitchen facilities, but no tableware or kitchenware. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and you can eat with the wristband given when you check in."

"The house is local style, the facilities are old, the health is OK, very close to the beach, the feeling of a domestic 90s hotel. If you are not too picky, you can deal with it for a few days. Suitable for young people to travel, family is not suitable."

"Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs."

"Loved this place, great vibe. Design was perfect and the attention to detail was great. I was moved to the new building which was perfect - nice and quiet. The restaurant was fine… I would not rave about it as a few things were missing from the limited menu and it was very slow. But tasty. Overall I would recommend this spot."
