South Jakarta Hotels with Gym

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

This hotel does not seem to be a 5-star hotel. Clean and good people. However, Limited amenities available in the room, not even a spoon, just 1 stirrer. Limited gym facilities and looked used. No toilet surrounding swimming pool, need to go to wellness centre with a very cold room and caused wet floor. Should user pee in the pool? No information about room service, need to install an app, which was only used once. It seemed to be overpricey.

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

The day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

I love this hotel because it has so much optionality for us to book and when I arrived, it was basically a 5 star treatment like magic in Disneyland; I could feel the warmth of the staff getting ready to help me settle and be comfortable. I went to the gym once and it was also very clean and well facilitated.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

The rooms where I stayed were not in the best condition - it’s dusty, very outdated furniture and overall it doesn’t give the same impression of the photos they put on their website. After I complained the hotel directly took action to transfer me to another room. However the room was not in the best condition either. I appreciated their efforts and the way they try to facilitate things. Unfortunately, I had to go to another hotel. Also the decision of me checking out earlier than expected was handled in a very professional matter! Compliments for their service but unfortunately the hotel isn’t worth my money.

Had an Indonesian family gathering here -in the end I arrived one day early as my apartment in Jakarta electric issues -so stayed three nights with 3 more rooms Friday then 4 rooms Saturday including a 4 bedroom apartment. Its really nice we were on 36 floor mainly -Ricki and other receptionists just great -main point ALL my Indonesian friends loved it -all kitchen stuff worked well as I cooked was a quiet birthday party for 20 pax -overall very satisfied -we will be back.

Nice be there , traveling make me happy and enjoy when stay there, and the receptionis was good !!! Kalian musti coba guys

Love the 2 bedroom suite big and spacious. Kids loved it. Pool was just a small stretch of lap pool and one corner kids pool. Had the pool to ourselves as there we very little guests around. Kids room were only meant for toddlers. In all, only good for families with little children. Not much entertainment around the area for bigger kids. Breakfast spread was disappointing, not as great as commonly in 5star hotels. Can be better. Nearby malls like Kuningan and Lotte is only 10mins away.. However the drive there with many u-turns and traffic would take u 20-30mins to reach.
