I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

Meh hotel, but I suppose you get what you pay for. The room layout is weird, especially the shower and toilet cubicle, I don't understand why they can't just build a normal shower area. Aircond wasn't cool either, and the noise from the main street is annoying. In front of the hotel, every night, there's this people selling stuff gathering crowds which make access to the hotel feel a bit unsafe due to the crowd. In the end, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

Short escape at POP kemang was very good. I stayed one night at room with view kemang raya and it was nice for me. Thanx for all staff for your assist. this hotel have a lot parking space so you don't need worried about your vehicle.

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

The day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. This hotel is located in a nice area in Tebet, South Jakarta. Close to numerous big malls and also Evo Tebet Park. There are 3 Busway stops and 2 LRT stops which makes your travel easier around Jakarta. The staff are friendly, and the room is big and clean. I like that they don't use water bottles anymore and just give you a pitcher to fill in the water anytime you want. I booked the room without breakfast because there are many breakfast places behind the hotel, so I do not have any reviews about their breakfast selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I would love to come back here again.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

The rooms where I stayed were not in the best condition - it’s dusty, very outdated furniture and overall it doesn’t give the same impression of the photos they put on their website. After I complained the hotel directly took action to transfer me to another room. However the room was not in the best condition either. I appreciated their efforts and the way they try to facilitate things. Unfortunately, I had to go to another hotel. Also the decision of me checking out earlier than expected was handled in a very professional matter! Compliments for their service but unfortunately the hotel isn’t worth my money.
