because my skin is sensitive,my body is exhausted by a bed mites.and a lot of ants,although it is still okay.the front is not noticed because there is a lot of dust. The location is very ok near penvil even though I ordered gofood, the service is okay even though 2 times the power went down and when the power was out to 2x the clerk forgot to plug my room cricket. The facilities are very ok, complete with bath soap, toothbrush, tissue, drinking water. because for me the most important thing is the mattress to be able to sleep well,so this is my first and last stay.thank you.

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

staff was very friendly, room was very spacious but the toilet is a bit low even for me, and i'm on the shorter side (150cm) 😅 very conveniently located next to kota kasablanka so its a great option if you're going for a concert held in the kasablanka hall! ✨

The day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

Great Location, Excellent services, Nice pool & gym facilities, the only downside is the breakfast menu. The varieties are just good, but lack of high standard continental choices. The cuisine was a bit too indian, and the quality of food isn't special. IDK why the food standard is so low at a so called 5 stars hotel🤷🏻♂️
