Inspire Boutique Apartments

We stayed in two bedroom apartment overnight recently and enjoyed the experience. The apartments are clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. Our apartment had two bathrooms, laundry facilities, a fabulous kitchen and large balcony. Beds were very comfortable and undercover parking is provided. There is a really nice cafe very close by as well. Will definitely stay again.

We booked a single room but got upgraded to a two bedroom, the apartment was so nice, fully furnished with high end furniture. Had everything we could need. Tv in the bedroom was a bonus. All ammenities were included. Great coffee shop just down stairs, amazing coffee and service.

Extremely disappointed! We booked a 5 night stay in a 2 Bedroom apartment at Inspire Boutique Apartments 11 months in advance specifically for the view from this highrise apartment building. From the 2 Bedroom Apartment we were allocated there was no view whatsoever, other than a rooftop and the back of signs of the shops below. See attached photos. After contacting the off site reception we were offered another room that actually had a view but there were conditions attached which were: 1 - we could change rooms on day 3 of our 5 night stay. 2 - we had to move all our belongings out of our room before 11am and store them somewhere. 3 - we could only move back into the replacement apartment after 1pm that day. This arrangement was not possible or acceptable for us. We contacted the off site reception again for any other options/solutions/compensations. Unfortunately we received no reply. Other issues: - Major security issue - Unable to lock the patio/verandah external glass door and there is easy access from the roof of the shops to this patio/verandah. - Only free to air TV channels available. - Unable to connect iphone to TV to watch anything else. - Unable to lock the front door - no locking available on this door. Access to this door is via the lift which is operated by a fob/key. - Only 2 x Queen size beds (no sibgle beds) available in the 2 Bedroom Apartment we were allocated. - The ducted Air-con really struggled to keep the apartment cool. We stayed in late December. - The couch is quite uncomfortable. - No room servicing at anytime during our 5 night stay. - Only one fob/key was originally provided When booking this Inspire Boutique Apartment it was described as having city views. In our experience this is not true. We were charged $360 per night so we did expect a whole lot more for our money. We work in the travel industry and believe Apartment 101 is not the room type advertised and pictured on *********** We were extremely disappointed!

We had 2 nights at the Inspire 2Bedroom Very clean light and Airy Beds and pillows very comfortable Everything you need Close to town and great walk Easy check in and out Parking Secure Would recommend staying here

Convenient location and family friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms, nicely appointed. No contact key pickup and drop off was convenient. Even though we were adjacent to a major road, the noise wasn't intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 405 was Noisy road traffic all round, and from the gym below sounds of exercise equipment late at night The apartment was too small for two couples, when we arrived one dining chair missing, no tv in main bedroom and minimal kitchen gadgets or equipment- the scissors in kitchen drawer looked like they’d been burned to death! Dining table so wobbly it couldn’t be used At night we had to sit on dining chairs as not enough couch room for 4 adults Impossible to stream our Netflix to the cheapy SMTV in lounge, so had to watch limited tv during our stay not happy Although a good central location Overall would not stay here again based on above We booked this based on the good reviews but found ours definitely was not the case And I hate leaving negative feedback but had to here
