"So happy during my stay at truntum mandalika. The staffs are kind, friendly, helpful, they are amazing! The place is clean, the view is wonderful, and the amenities are complete. During out last few hour of stay the electricity went out, probably because we are switching on the TV, the kettle and the hairdryer at the same time, which is kind of confusing but overall it’s recommended! I will gladly choose this resort again :)"

"This is JM Hotel, which is about 400 meters away from Kuta Beach in Lombok. It is charged online by Ctrip, and it costs 104 yuan for one simple breakfast (more than 150 yuan for other websites). There are no windows in the room, but the room and the bathroom are large, the TV is also very large, there are air conditioners, safes, hot water showers, jacuzzi, and two additional nights, two drinking water every day. In terms of price, I am very satisfied. Enjoy 2 breakfasts for one person, great!! Stayed for three nights on July 9-12 and flew to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow. The introduction is incorrect, there is no refrigerator, no phone, no kettle. There are no toiletries, and there is no wash basin in the bathroom. No slippers."

"The location is perfect, very central, the breakfast they offer is correct and good. They don't really show you photos of what the economy room is really like, I guess the other ones are better, in mine the air conditioning didn't work well, there were remains of dead insects on the floor and some kind of larvae of something. The sink was broken, the wall coverings were coming loose, one night of sleeping and that's it."

"Arrived in the room and checked to see if the refrigerator was operating OK, it was not working , I informed the reception immediately and they sent their fixit man to the room who felt inside the fridge and told me it should get cold in 10 minutes , told him it was inoperable and to get a replacement ,off he went. 15 minutes later I contacted reception and a friendly man informed me that the existing fridge was OK because it was a cooler , not a freezer! They didn't know that I was a refrigeration engineer so down reception i go and informed them as to my former work status and a threat to contact the manager did they suddenly realise they couldn't ******** me, 5 minutes later i had a working fridge! Not happy with the laziness of the reception people"

"The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced."

"The location of the hotel is superb, with the beach at the door. The hotel restaurant is pretty good in that area. The owner of a small traveler next to it is nice and can arrange day trips to other beaches, especially Mawen Beach, which is simply beautiful. There is also a beach to watch the sunrise."

"This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok."

"Abbiamo soggiornato solamente 1 notte perché il giorno successivo saremmo andati a Nord dell' isola per visitare il monte Rijani.
Personale eccezionale e super gentile, la struttura molto ben gestita, bagni puliti, ci hanno permesso di lasciare acqua e altre piccole cose nel frigorifero anche se penso che nn fosse possibile. Abbiamo pranzato e fatto colazione, tutto squisito e preparato al momento.
Abbiamo dormito in bungalow tipici di Lombok, costruiti completamente in bamboo e per essere una nuova struttura pensavamo fossero tenuti un poco meglio; porte e zanzariere da migliorare. Potrei dargli 6 come punteggio."

AAlexandriaDefinitely coming back whenever I'm in Lombok! After hiking Rinjani, Amber was lovely space to recover and recharge. The restaurant's service and food quality were excellent, but there was a pack of local dogs nearby that made dining outdoors a hassle.
Location is great for a getaway, but far from everything. Come here if you're looking for an escape because it'll be hard to order in Ojeks. Hotel does provide tours, scooter rentals and airport transfers; but you'll be far from the center.

WWesternboyThis is truly a paradise. The entire hotel is exquisite and beautiful. The limited number of rooms makes for a wonderful experience. It's very quiet, and the guests are very chill. The standalone house has two separate rooms, giving you plenty of privacy. Highly recommended! However, it's quite remote, and transportation is difficult. You'll need to hire a car. There's a very bumpy road halfway to the main road, so be careful if you're bothered.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Spa-Bereich, in dem man sich vollkommen entspannen kann. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker – die perfekte Stärkung für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, ruhig und doch nicht weit von den wichtigsten Spots entfernt. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung und Komfort suchen!

BBB DaddyRoom was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa.
Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room.
TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect.
Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing.
Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch.

ИИринаIncredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices.
There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!

This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.
The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low.
Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.
The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb.
And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

The rooms were modern and clean, though somewhat small for two people. The air conditioning struggled to reach a cool temperature, even at 18°C. We considered extending our stay, but were disappointed by the breakfast, which offered more desserts and cakes than healthy options, so we decided to leave. The pool area was lovely, with a choice of two pools. The gym was adequate, with potential for a good workout, though it was limited to 20kg weight plates. Overall, it's a pleasant hotel in a central yet quiet location.
