"The room was clean and tidy, with relatively new facilities, and no dampness. Purified water was provided. The food was diverse and plentiful, especially the Chinese dishes. There's also a swimming pool and a gym. I stayed for four consecutive days."

"The location is really strategic, in Gubeng, close to everything. The room is small but quite comfortable, especially because there's a connecting door for families. The bathroom is tiny but decent. Hot water comes out quickly. The only thing is that the shower position isn't ergonomic; it's in the middle-top, so water splashes everywhere. It would probably be better if it were wall-mounted or a handheld shower. Breakfast is fine if you're only staying for one day. It tastes good with a minimalist menu. However, since we stayed for 3 days, eating the same standard breakfast three times became boring. If I hadn't seen other people's reviews, I wouldn't have known you could order omelets/fried eggs. They really should state that it's available and can be ordered. The pool is small but good enough to entertain the kids. The gym is not well-maintained. The treadmill is decent because it still works. The service is pretty good; the staff are responsive and helpful. I borrowed an iron and a hairdryer, and they were delivered quickly. I really appreciate that. Amenities are standard; you still have to ask for slippers. Please update the towels and bed linen. How can they still be used when they're already ripped? In general, with the affordable price and all its pros and cons, this hotel is quite recommendable 👌"

"I'd say this is the most satisfying 5-star serviced apartment hotel I've stayed in for years. It's a newly opened hotel, and on the day of our stay, the staff even upgraded us to a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, which was incredible value for money. I never expected to find a hotel of this caliber in Surabaya. The privacy is excellent, with each unit having its own elevator. Security checks are also very thorough; Grab vehicles need to undergo a safety inspection before entering the lobby. This trip coincided with our anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a mural outside our room – we were so delighted! Although the front desk staff's English wasn't perfect, they still tried their best to communicate with me. The room facilities are very comprehensive, with a microwave, tableware, sound system, TV, water dispenser, and more. There are even instruction cards on how to use everything. The only thing that could be improved is putting signs on the washing machine and kitchen doors. We knew beforehand that the hotel had a washing machine and needed to use it after our volcano trip, but we couldn't find it anywhere in the room. We had to contact the front desk, and they sent an engineering colleague over. The problem was, we couldn't find the washing machine's location at all. There was a locked door in the room labeled 'emergency exit,' and we thought it was a fire door, so we didn't open it. Later, another staff member came to our room and rang the doorbell, which we found very strange because no one was outside. Only then did the front desk call and tell us there was another door in the room, and that's when we discovered the washing machine behind it. So, I'd suggest putting a sign on that 'emergency exit' door. But overall, we were extremely satisfied and hope to have the chance to stay again in the future."

"The room could use a proper deep clean as you can see grime in places like the shower head or the toilet flush but overall it was a nice suite. The complimentary drinks and snacks were very generous. The breakfast boxes were great and the laundry was fast and effective but I realized later that they didn’t return my laundry bag which was disappointing. Also it took a long time for the reception to confirm whether they could get my laundry done within 14 hours and they passed me along to a lot of different people to confirm that."

"Quite strategic location, only walking distance to the legendary Bu Rudy Resto and Wisata Rasa. Not to far from the city too. Room quite good but I think they need to improve on the Towel because it looks dirty"

"The best feature for this hotel was the location that is right next door to a supermarket and a strip of restaurants, where it is easy to get food and necessities. There was no swimming pool nor gym in the hotel, and for hair dryer I had to call to request to have it delivered to my room (otherwise it was not readily put in the room). Size of room is quite small but it was still okay. Room was not very sound insulated so it was easy to hear noises from other rooms, people walking outside, also the live music right outside of the room. Somewhat needs renovation and upgrade done."

"Very close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!"
