"I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!"

"The hotel is very quiet and makes you feel at home. The staff is very kind and pleasant. Always wearing face masks and keeping a safe distance The breakfast is tasty, we appreciated the fruit and the waffles wish they had some coffee or tea also in the evening. The pool area is lovely just wish the water of the pool was bit warmer. The location is very convenient in a beautiful neighbourhood with plenty of amenities within walking distance a church and very close to the airport We will gladly come back in the future. Ohh my only complaint is that they didn’t have more soap we used the one they gave us when we arrived and the they didn’t have anymore in the hotel 🥴"

The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. "Hotel with the basics, the rooms feel old, especially the air conditioning. It has a kitchenette, plates, glasses, pots, etc. The beach is good for snorkeling, it has a lot of rock, there is a lot of dangerous fauna, such as hedgehogs, we even saw a sea snake. The prices of food in the restaurant and drinks are not cheap, if you are going on an austere plan you better prepare your food. In general, good cost/benefit ratio."

"I always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
