"This is a wonderful hotel. It’s new, and everything inside is so thoughtfully designed. We celebrated my birthday here with the family. The hotel gave me a small toy and beautifully decorated the bed. The water park is a bit small, but there are plenty of pools. The view and location are amazing — we didn’t even want to leave the hotel. Everything was great, we were absolutely delighted 😝"

"This place is great if you’re on a self-driving trip. It’s quiet and relaxing, though there’s no convenience store nearby. The property has two buildings. I stayed in the back one, but I’m not sure which is newer. Overall, the building is quite nice. I did run into a problem during check-in when they couldn’t find my booking confirmation, but Trip.com handled it quickly and efficiently—big thumbs up for their customer service. The room was comfortable and even had a bathtub. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, the bathroom water system is a real downside. The temperature control is poor—you either get scalding hot or very cold water, and the bathtub water never gets hot enough. Facilities are solid: there are two swimming pools with clean, clear water, plus a gym with good equipment and a sauna. Breakfast is buffet-style with a decent range, from western breads to Asian stir-fried vegetables. But the drink options are limited. For milk, they only provide regular fresh milk—no alternatives. There’s an egg station and a soup station. I asked for a sunny side up, but the chef said they only make omelets, which was a bit strange. At least the omelet was tasty. Overall, breakfast was just okay—acceptable but not very impressive. All in all, it’s a nice hotel to relax at for a holiday. Hopefully, they improve the hot water system soon. Definitely a good choice if you’re traveling by car. but bathroom water system is disappointing me! Otherwise, rating is gonna be high ;)) way to go~"

"Super nice staff and can call us to check in ealier when the room is ready. Amazing water park, with lots of slides. The floats provided in the water park for adults and kids raised the enjoyment. The free activity- aqua dance & pool game are also good!"

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The kids absolutely loved the wave pool, though unfortunately, they developed a skin rash after playing in it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was a bit on the small side, but the food selection was decent, and we always found plenty to eat. It's definitely more convenient if you're traveling by car."

"The hotel has a dark interior upon entering, outside there is a bright garden, creating a contrast. Great hotel lobby I’d say. They gave is some kind of ginger drink before we entered our room, which was refreshing. The room was fine, I guess. A basic hotel room that you can expect. One thing to mention is that the toilet clogs a lot so don’t put tissue paper inside. Overall it was your average good hotel."

Spacious ocean-view rooms feature comfortable beds. Hotel pool facilities and beautiful ocean views provided a great opportunity to relax in my last stay few months ago, unfortunately the swimming pool is under renovation during this vacation. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area."

Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, allowing guests to choose according to their preferences. Although the food is delicious and there are many selections, the busy atmosphere during peak times can be overwhelming due to the large number of guests at the hotel. Those using the service may have to wait in line or look for an available seat at times. It’s recommended to go for breakfast during less crowded hours to enjoy the meal more comfortably! If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view, as it adds great value to your experience. I wouldn't recommend the rooms on the other side that don’t face the ocean, as they tend to feel less worthwhile."

"I had an amazing stay at Holiday inn. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect — close to major attractions , restaurants and bars. Kids club is a plus, my kid spent all day there. The breakfast selection was not as varied as in other hotels I have stayed at, but overall it was not bad. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
