"The hotel is good, the lobby is great, but the rooms are old. The two pools on the property are excellent. Breakfasts are super, and the view is amazing. However, the area is very, very quiet, perfect for people who love peace and tranquility. There's no entertainment whatsoever. The beach and sea in this specific location are terrible."

"I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things."

"I had a pleasant stay at Tycoon Place Garden in Pattaya. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered good value for the price. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again when visiting Pattaya."

"I liked the hotel. Check-in was fast; a deposit is required, which was returned without issue after a quick room check upon check-out. The room was on the 5th floor, south wing, with two beds. It was small, but the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The room was well-cleaned, and water and coffee/tea packets were replenished daily. Large colored towels were also changed daily. Unfortunately, there were no small towels, only one large towel per person. The drying rack was small and insufficient. There was also a retractable clothesline in the bathroom. We had to carefully hang our beach towels on the curtain rod. The air conditioning unit was new, worked well, and was almost silent. The bathroom was a bit cramped. The shower had powerful pressure, but it would spray everywhere unless directed at the wall; otherwise, the light curtain and small threshold wouldn't contain the water. The room had plenty of storage space and a large table, but only one armchair. If two people wanted to eat at the table, we had to pull a bed closer. There was a standard electronic safe in the room. The laminate flooring was worn and buckled at the seams in places. It was dangerous to walk barefoot, so we used slippers from our previous hotel. There was no smell of smoke, unpleasant odors, or dampness in the room – everything was good in that regard. Breakfast was included in the room rate. There was a good selection, and it didn't get repetitive over 10 days. The kitchen operates until evening, so you can order lunch and dinner if you don't feel like going out. They'll pack everything for you to take to your room if you wish. Prices were reasonable, the food was decent, and there was a wide variety. The large pool downstairs was clean. Towels and ashtrays (if needed) were provided by the pool. There weren't many people sunbathing or swimming, so sun loungers were always available. The upper pool was small and I liked it less. The hotel's location is excellent. There are two chain supermarkets, 7-Eleven and a local shop, just a few steps away. Beyond that, there isn't much else nearby – no fruit stalls, eateries, or currency exchange. For those, you'd have to walk about 600 meters or take a songthaew wherever you want to go. This street is one of the main routes. The fare is 15 baht. You can go towards Jomtien or in the opposite direction to Bali Hai Pier for the ferry to Koh Larn, and beyond. There's a large parking lot in the inner courtyard for guests' cars and scooters. Overall, I liked the hotel. For the price, it's excellent. The reception staff were friendly, and the housekeepers on the floor and breakfast staff were absolutely lovely."

"The staff provided excellent service, but during the long holiday weekend, check-in was delayed. However, the staff handled the issue well and even offered complimentary items, which left a great impression. The hotel's decor is beautiful, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. The TV in the room was an older model, not a smart TV, and I'm not sure if that's the case for all rooms, so I ended up just using my phone."

"The hotel looks very nice from the pictures but effectively is a bit run down . The staff were great . They went that extra step to try providing the best possible service and they succeed . Need to pay more attention to the cleaning of the room and the pool area . For a week it was ok . First night no AC . Second last night work in progress and no water the whole morning . More than that I will find hard . They have an excellent breakfast/brunch style buffet for just 250 bath ."

"There's both indoor and outdoor parking, but no staff to assist with parking. On the day I checked in, I got a room upgrade, but I suspect it was more about keeping guests in the same building. The exterior areas felt a bit old and not very clean, but the room itself was clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep, but the bathroom had a strange smell from the fixtures. In the pool area, they played music with a DJ during the day, and the rooms weren't soundproof. During my stay, there were three tour groups, so it was quite crowded. This meant a lot of guests came for breakfast in the morning, and the dining area felt cramped and insufficient for the number of people. The management was quite poor. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, but when I arrived at 9 AM, I had to wait for a table because all of them were full. I finally got a table at 9:30 AM, but by then, some food items were already gone and weren't refilled. I was really disappointed with the dining service. They should manage it better, and for me, the food wasn't very tasty either."

"Excellent hotel, wonderful staff. The front desk administrators were superb. It's a seven to ten-minute taxi ride to the pier/Walking Street. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a 7/11 nearby. There's a massage and spa at a neighboring hotel, about a three-minute walk away. The hotel has a pool that's covered on all sides except the top, but unlike other similar pools, it's always shady around the pool area, even in the hottest weather. The breakfasts are tasty and filling. Imagine 79 is a five-minute walk away."

"The hotel's entrance wasn't very obvious; the car that brought us even drove past it. Traveling with family, one downside was that the hotel insisted on charging extra for children. We paid over 300 baht for two days, which included an extra bed and breakfast. Other two hotels didn't charge, but this one insisted. The Thai-style decor was generally clean. Breakfast was served until 4 PM, and while the variety wasn't huge, it was decent. The rooftop pool was alright. However, Pattaya traffic is just terrible. Getting a taxi was incredibly difficult due to the congestion, and we even missed our flight to Bangkok because of it. The traffic was that bad."
