"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly pleasant and kind; they helped me with everything and answered all my questions. They even let me store my food and drinks in their freezer upon request. The room was clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. No insects were found in the room. The furniture isn't old, everything is well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was a real pleasure staying here for a week. However, the cleaning could be better. The shelves and fridge weren't wiped down for dust, only being cleaned during the second service after I specifically asked them to. It was mostly quiet, except for the last night when other guests were noisy, and it was quite audible. The location is ideal, with a market just a three-minute walk away and plenty of other amenities nearby. Walking half an hour to the beaches wasn't an issue for me at all. I would gladly return to this hotel again 💗"

"I really loved this hotel. It was very clean, and the price wasn't too high. The hotel's pool was absolutely stunning, and breakfast was great too. When we went, there weren't many people, so the whole experience felt very relaxed. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Jomtien Beach, but it's super close to the 79 Show. Pattaya's slow-paced life is really comfortable; I prefer Pattaya over Bangkok."

"I would like to share my experience, focusing primarily on the customer service. While the room itself was acceptable and the facilities were reasonable for the price—despite the lack of a Smart TV—the check-in process at reception was completely unacceptable. The staff member was unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality. While they seemed pleasant with other guests, their attitude shifted completely when it was my turn. I felt a clear sense of discrimination, perhaps due to my nationality or passport. Even though I asked simple questions, they responded with visible impatience. What they might not have realized is that I also work in the hotel industry here in Thailand, holding a senior position in the Front Office. I am fluent in Thai and understand the culture well. Choosing to check in using English shouldn't result in such a cold and dismissive attitude. It was a highly unprofessional encounter that has left a very bad impression. "We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating"

"A wonderful hotel! Very helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, good Wi-Fi, clean pool. I would especially like to mention the variety of food for breakfast — everyone can find something to their taste, from fresh pastries to healthy muesli with fruit. The reception staff are always friendly and helped with any questions. We really enjoyed everything! Thank you very much! We'll definitely be back again!"

"The hotel looks very nice from the pictures but effectively is a bit run down . The staff were great . They went that extra step to try providing the best possible service and they succeed . Need to pay more attention to the cleaning of the room and the pool area . For a week it was ok . First night no AC . Second last night work in progress and no water the whole morning . More than that I will find hard . They have an excellent breakfast/brunch style buffet for just 250 bath ."
