Guest UserOur first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

Guest UserExcellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like!
The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut.
Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day!
The staff are very polite and friendly!
The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay. The breakfasts were a bit pricey, but everything else was great. I was surprised that a 5-star hotel didn't provide toothbrushes or hair conditioner, and their slippers weren't disposable. They also don't let you take them. However, that wasn't a big deal for us. The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The grounds are green and pleasant. Most of the guests were Chinese, which was fine by us as we have no issue with that.

Staying here again after many years, and it still feels great, though the room facilities are definitely showing their age. The two swimming pools and private beach were a hit with the kids. It's a popular resort that many people check-in at. The shuttle tuk-tuk for getting around is convenient, and the staff are as polite as ever. Definitely worth staying here.

Guest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

Jiuzhidaowaner! After an upgrade, the room was decent, but I wouldn't recommend booking the basic room type at this hotel. We originally booked the 'Deluxe King Room' because we planned to be out all day. However, the room was old and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, a family member got a fever and needed to stay in the room, so we asked the front desk to switch us to the same room type on a higher floor, which was noticeably better in all aspects.
* The staff were all very friendly and always helpful.
* The facilities are excellent, with several swimming pools, including one with a small waterslide. The adult pool almost connects to the beach.
* Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find Terminal 21 and a night market, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
* Ctrip was fantastic! I was unhappy with the old room and contacted Ctrip to negotiate a refund for one night. Although the hotel didn't agree, they offered another solution, which was a pleasant surprise and ultimately helped us achieve the relaxation and enjoyment we wanted from our vacation.
* Rooms with sea views and balconies are definitely worth it! The balconies are spacious and comfortable.
* The breakfast is extensive, featuring live grilled meats, sushi, Cantonese dim sum (siew mai, custard buns, and char siu buns), yogurt, ice cream scoops, and more, with daily variations.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a luxurious modern touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a very restful sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the amenities to the cleanliness of every corner.
The facilities were impressive, especially the swimming pool and fitness center. Everything was well-maintained and had a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was excellent.

ไปกันใหญ่Pros:
Quiet location, good service from staff. The swimming pool is clean, and the water doesn't cause itching. It has a private beach from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of Truth.
The balcony is very spacious but there's no fan or tap. In-room snacks are free. The air conditioning is cold. There's Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. You can paddle a boat at the beach.
Cons:
The entrance road is rough and inconvenient. Food options are far away. During holidays, parking is difficult, though there is a shuttle service, which is good. Buildings right by the sea are good for staying. Buildings not by the sea have many issues. On higher floors, the water pressure in the bathroom is low. The swimming pool has no playground equipment, so children don't enjoy it much. The sea water isn't inviting for swimming. Food is a bit expensive. The sound of dragging items can be heard loudly throughout the room.
Overall, it's good value for money. If you come, prepare a cooler and bring your own food, as it's hard to find and you'll have to go out to buy it. Then, upon returning, there's no parking. It's suitable for those who like peace and quiet. Those who prefer convenience and proximity to tourist attractions might find it less ideal.

The location is great, and I really enjoyed the sea view room. I do have a couple of suggestions though: there was a slight odor from the shower drain, so the hotel might want to look into that. Also, the room lighting was a bit dim; it's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer something brighter. The cleanliness was okay, not exceptionally spotless. For those looking to book, especially my fellow ladies, I want to note that the drain smell was a bit of a concern for me, and I'm not sure if it's an issue in all rooms; I stayed in a sea view king room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and vacation is all about having fun! 🥳

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
