Guest UserOur first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

ろくむくI only stayed for the last night. I felt like the hotel itself had so many facilities that you could spend a lot of time there. I think I could have really enjoyed it with two nights. The pool, in particular, was great with a lazy river and slides. They even lent out large towels, and you can access the beach directly from the pool area, making it perfect for water activities. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and satisfying. All the hotel staff were kind and provided excellent service. Terminal 21 Pattaya, where the night market is held, is about a 15-20 minute walk or a short drive away. Right next to the convenience store just outside the hotel, there were a few street food stalls. One of the Thai restaurants there was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. It was one of the best Thai meals I've had, so definitely give it a try if you get the chance.

Amari Pattaya, located right by Pattaya Beach Road, is arguably one of the most impressive family-friendly resort hotels I've experienced in recent years. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until check-out, everything from the facilities and service quality to the overall atmosphere showcased the expected standards and refinement of a five-star establishment.
Upon arrival, the first thing that caught my eye was the spacious welcome driveway surrounded by lush green landscaping. Passing through the double automatic doors, the lobby, with its two-story-plus ceiling height, immediately conveyed the hotel's grandeur. The air was filled with a subtle floral and fruity scent, complemented by a refreshing welcome drink that instantly melted away the fatigue of a long journey. From the check-in process onwards, you could feel the hotel's intention to create a sense of occasion and a privileged experience for guests.
Our deluxe twin suite was equally satisfying. The room was incredibly spacious, with an overall layout that balanced comfort and practicality. In addition to a private balcony overlooking the sea, the room was well-equipped with comprehensive living amenities. The separate wet and dry bathroom design, independent bathtub and shower area, large-capacity wardrobe, generous luggage storage space, and ample charging outlets and reading lights all made an extended stay much more convenient.
Even the quality of the room slippers was impressive; their material and comfort clearly surpassed the disposable ones often found in similar-class hotels. These small details show that the hotel put significant effort into its room planning.
If you were to ask me what Amari Pattaya's most attractive feature is, I would undoubtedly say: ”the pool area.”
After check-in, if the room isn't ready yet, guests can head to the pool area to use the facilities. This pool and waterslide complex is practically a paradise for families with children. The entire space isn't just a simple large pool like traditional hotels; instead, it creates a rich flow of movement through varying levels, pathways, and water slides.
For children, it's more like a water adventure park. Descend a staircase, go through a slide, turn a corner, and you'll discover another play area, with each section full of exploration fun. Even adults can easily find their own relaxing corner within it.
Even more commendable is the overall maintenance quality. The cleanliness of the pools, changing rooms, and public restrooms was excellent. There was absolutely no lingering urine smell common in large public pools, nor any pungent, excessive chlorine odor. The floors were kept clean and dry, making the overall experience very comfortable.
Several towel stations were also set up in the outdoor area, continuously providing freshly dried, subtly scented bath towels. Children could immediately wrap themselves in warm towels after getting out of the pool, a thoughtful and attentive service that truly made an impression.
Beyond the pool, the Kids' Club is another facility well worth recommending.
Although not particularly large in scale, it's rich in content. From coloring pages, simple craft materials, dress-up toys, and children's picture books to the kids' favorite PlayStation consoles, everything is available. More importantly, the overall environment is exceptionally well-maintained. Whether it's the floor, tables, or the toys themselves, everything is kept clean, tidy, and spotless.
Another lasting impression was made by the two Kids' Club staff members. They showed immense patience and care towards every child entering the playroom, whether it was proactively offering toys, interacting with the children, or assisting with tidying up the environment. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed being with children, rather than just performing a job. I believe most parents would give such service a very high rating.
Regarding its location, Amari Pattaya is almost impeccable. The hotel is situated along Pattaya's busiest Beach Road, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. The surrounding area boasts numerous convenience stores, unique restaurants, and tourist attractions, with the highly popular Terminal 21 Pattaya also within walking distance.
Along Beach Road, you can easily hail a 'songthaew' (local shared taxi) at any time, making it convenient to travel to Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, or other attractions. For independent travelers, there are virtually no significant drawbacks concerning transportation and daily amenities.
Breakfast is served at the hotel's Ayara restaurant. The restaurant offers continuous service from 6 AM to 10 AM daily, so even if you want to sleep in, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast.
In addition to the typical Western breakfast options found in five-star hotels, the menu also includes hot dishes like freshly cooked Thai noodles and made-to-order omelets, all of stable quality. The most interesting feature is a specially designed children's buffet area, decorated with cute animal shapes carved from watermelon, which not only attracts children's attention but also demonstrates the hotel's dedication to the family traveler market.
Overall, Amari Pattaya's greatest strength isn't just its luxury, but how thoroughly it delivers on the concept of a 'family vacation.' From the room design, pool planning, and Kids' Club to the breakfast and the meticulous details in public spaces, you can feel that the hotel genuinely considers the needs of families with children.
If you're traveling to Pattaya with children and want to balance convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and comfortable accommodation quality, I believe Amari Pattaya is definitely one of the top five-star resort hotels in Pattaya city worth considering.

The infinity pool is quite close to the sea, making it very relaxing to soak in the water and gaze at the ocean. The dining area also offers sea views and is beautiful for photos, making it a great spot to watch the sunset. There's a convenient shuttle bus to Terminal 21 every half hour, and even walking isn't too far, about 15 minutes. Both the location and environment are highly recommended. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is somewhat limited compared to other hotels of the same caliber, but everything was delicious. The executive lounge accommodating children was a thoughtful service for us.

Guest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay. The breakfasts were a bit pricey, but everything else was great. I was surprised that a 5-star hotel didn't provide toothbrushes or hair conditioner, and their slippers weren't disposable. They also don't let you take them. However, that wasn't a big deal for us. The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The grounds are green and pleasant. Most of the guests were Chinese, which was fine by us as we have no issue with that.

ไปกันใหญ่Pros:
Quiet location, good service from staff. The swimming pool is clean, and the water doesn't cause itching. It has a private beach from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of Truth.
The balcony is very spacious but there's no fan or tap. In-room snacks are free. The air conditioning is cold. There's Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. You can paddle a boat at the beach.
Cons:
The entrance road is rough and inconvenient. Food options are far away. During holidays, parking is difficult, though there is a shuttle service, which is good. Buildings right by the sea are good for staying. Buildings not by the sea have many issues. On higher floors, the water pressure in the bathroom is low. The swimming pool has no playground equipment, so children don't enjoy it much. The sea water isn't inviting for swimming. Food is a bit expensive. The sound of dragging items can be heard loudly throughout the room.
Overall, it's good value for money. If you come, prepare a cooler and bring your own food, as it's hard to find and you'll have to go out to buy it. Then, upon returning, there's no parking. It's suitable for those who like peace and quiet. Those who prefer convenience and proximity to tourist attractions might find it less ideal.

The location is great, and I really enjoyed the sea view room. I do have a couple of suggestions though: there was a slight odor from the shower drain, so the hotel might want to look into that. Also, the room lighting was a bit dim; it's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer something brighter. The cleanliness was okay, not exceptionally spotless. For those looking to book, especially my fellow ladies, I want to note that the drain smell was a bit of a concern for me, and I'm not sure if it's an issue in all rooms; I stayed in a sea view king room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and vacation is all about having fun! 🥳
