The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and speak excellent English. The breakfast here is absolutely fantastic, I'd even call it a lunch! My room overlooked the garden, with a small bungalow-style table right outside the window. The building itself is made of foam blocks, so it stays cool; concrete takes longer to heat up. The fridge is huge, perfect for storing lots of fruit and water. It's right next to Na Baan Pier, and scooter parking is free. If you rent a scooter, make sure to video record it, noting all existing scratches! I give the hotel and staff a 5+++. You can enjoy unlimited tea and coffee! There's also a gate nearby for direct access to the sea. They even let me check in early! The owner explained everything about the mini-bar in the fridge, with prices clearly listed. I paid a 100 baht deposit, and he checked everything and returned it promptly.

MoxiezuoOverall experience: five stars! The beachfront location is unbeatable, the environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are comprehensive. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was attentive and efficient, and all the amenities were conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. It's perfect whether you're just passing through or staying for a longer period. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended!

The owner is *********, so no worries about a language barrier if you don't speak English.
They're incredibly warm and attentive. When I first arrived, I was feeling a bit of sunstroke, and they immediately told me where to get ice water. After I recovered a bit, they gave me travel tips on what to see and do, which I really appreciated!
There's also a kitchen here; I saw someone cooking, haha, it felt just like home, very cozy.
The bed in the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong. It was clean and comfortable.
The location is also great, very close to the beach, with many massage places nearby. I just picked one randomly that day, and it was quite good; I think it was called 'For Rest'. I've attached a picture; it's the one opposite the building in my last photo. For those who need it, you can check it out. The slightly plump masseuse gave a great massage.
Pattaya is beautiful, but it's really sunny, so make sure to use plenty of sun protection and good ride-hailing apps. If you have an iPhone, using it with Google Maps is very convenient. Amap almost gave me sunstroke (it kept taking me in circles, I was so dizzy!).
Hope everyone has a wonderful trip!

The location is about halfway between Pattaya and Jomtien. You can get to either, but it's difficult to get to either.
I stayed the night before in preparation for a bus ride the next day, and the bus terminal is about a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms are nice and spacious, so it might be a good place to relax for a long stay.

萩原A sign has been posted stating that a fine of 2,000 baht will be charged if toilet paper or sanitary napkins are flushed down the toilet and cause a blockage. However, please note that the bathroom does not provide toilet paper, nor is there a trash bin for disposing of toilet paper. This means that if you urgently need to use the toilet, you will not be able to wipe with toilet paper, nor will you have a place to throw it away. Travelers planning to book should keep this in mind.
There seems to be a bar next door, and background music continues to play even after midnight. Bringing noise-canceling earphones, headphones, or even simple earplugs will likely help you sleep better. The room itself is spacious enough, and the air conditioning seemed to work fine. Since there is no convenience store nearby, expect to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to reach one.

The location is excellent. The street is quiet. The room is spacious and it's nice that it has a balcony. There's a microwave in the hallway. It's an affordable hotel, so you shouldn't expect too much. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

- Location: The location is great, easily accessible, close to the pier, and there's a small beach for walks.
- Room Condition: The room was good. We were on the ground floor, which I think is better than the upper floors, as the ground floor comes with an additional seating area in the garden. The amenities were quite good, the room was clean, and it was peaceful.
- Other Services: No breakfast provided. I understand they offer motorcycle rentals (but they were fully booked that day due to many people attending a trail run).
- What I found a bit unfair:
I traveled with my brother, his wife, and their kids. We had an agreement regarding the extra bed charges for adults and two small children, but the actual situation upon arrival didn't quite match what was agreed upon. However, I didn't dwell on it as I'm not sure what my brother's wife discussed. What was definitely not in line with the agreement was the ”accommodation rules” posted in our room. There was one child under 6 years old, who, according to the rules, should have been free, but we were still charged for an extra bed for them.
- Highlights:
The staff was excellent. Whether it was picking us up, dropping us off, handling transportation, or helping with various requests, they did everything.

Erika2792We love our experience in Kaen Hostel. The room is clean and I love the aesthetic of it. The only down side is that we were on the top floor and its elevator is for luggage only. So we were so tired from our tours and from going up & down the stairs too. But i would recommend this hostel and would come back of given a chance.

Konstantin-
We checked in together. There are ants in the room, there are a lot of them and they bite. The girl tried to remove them from the bed with a broom from a palm tree, but they climbed again. We were afraid that they could get into the ear. The location is great, the embankment is nearby. But the ants spoil everything. I do not recommend it.
