"If you like nature, this hotel is in a great location, the view is beautiful, and the room is big enough.
The room package is not comprehensive enough compared to some other hotels. The strange thing is that there is no free juice for breakfast, and it is only possible to pay. This is the first time I have encountered it in thousands of hotels around the world.

"This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality.
1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself!
2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description.
3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself!
4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty.
5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock.
6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool!
7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic.
Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star.
My impressions are very mixed and sad.
All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager.
The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down."

Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

Starting from location, the most beautiful mountains, green, and the sea 😍 it's just beauty!!!
The hotel itself is large, green.
A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking.
Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time.
Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste.
Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment.
The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark.
We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet.
The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

Hasan, the owner of the hotel, has a company that really does his job rightly, but has a company that really does his job rightly. He gave us the room we wanted as an assistant when he came to his hand. Everyone who works at the hotel is very interested, helpful and laughing. The rooms are clean, open buffet breakfast and the swimming pool is clean. The hotel's client profile is a great place to listen to the head because it is quiet. The lack is present (no dinner), but it is so good that it can be ignored because they do what they can to complete. They offered tea and coffee to us in the bar near the pool, and they didn't even have to do it, personally, we were very happy because we felt their sincerity. We will offer this to everyone, we want people who do their job rightly to be different from other money-focused businesses. I hope they come to better places as businesses their ways are open. Thank you very much for everything.

MamoshkaWE WILL BE STAYING AT THE HOTEL FROM NOVEMBER 7TH TO 10TH, 2025.
Pros:
- Clean, spacious room.
- Recently renovated, no mold in the bathroom.
- Sauna and hammam available.
- Location on the second line. The beach is across the street.
- Food is monotonous, livable.
- Private beach and toilet facilities on the beach.
- Small swimming pool on the premises.
Cons:
- The room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days.
- Internet is paid, and this is a 4-star hotel. Free internet is available in 2-star hotels, but here it's paid and quite expensive.
- Beach bar is paid.
- Didn't see any entertainment. Apparently, there never was any.
- Food is monotonous: eggs in the morning, cutlets and side dishes at lunch and in the evening, sometimes with fish or fried meat.
- Only instant coffee from vending machines. There's no grain.
- The sauna is a complete dump. The boards on the walls, ceiling, and shelves are black, and it's a maximum of 50 degrees inside. Complaints about the sauna being too cool go unheeded. The shelves are broken, there are holes in them—it's impossible to sit, and the lighting is faulty. I didn't use the hammam—it's a useless room.
OVERALL, THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD. For a reasonable price (it cost me 5,000 rubles a night during my stay), it's a decent option, without any frills. It's definitely worth the money. I'd like to see the sauna and room cleaning service improved.

The hotel was booked for several nights via Trip.com, and several nights via the outside aggregator. When settled, the hotel referred to overbuking and made the cancellation of the booking and refund of payment through the third party unit demanding repayment of the accommodation on the spot.
Only the voucher from trip.com was not cancelled by the hotel. We were quietly placed at the previously paid value. Thank you TRIP.com!
