"The hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the casino looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly."

"We had a great time. Everything you need is on the property. Getting to the boardwalk was easy. Many options like the shuttle but we took uber for the same price as the AC bus. Room was nice and check in smooth"

"There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer"

"Even though it's an older hotel, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. They came fully equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, coffee maker, and a safe. The room was spacious and offered a pleasant view. The hotel breakfast was a fantastic surprise – excellent quality and great value for money, truly exceeding my expectations. My only minor complaint is that the Chinese restaurant's operating hours were a bit limited."

"Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range."

"We enjoyed staying at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. We ate at the fresh Harvest Buffet and the food was amazing. All are fresh and alot of variety of food and dessert. The room is clean and we had fun playing at the Casino. We’ll definitely be back!"
