"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"It is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly."

"The location is good, the breakfast is provided, and the accommodation itself is old and worn, but the overall atmosphere is pretty! It was nice to be able to feel the sensibility of Paimanㅎㅎ There were ants in the bathroom and window frame, but they didn't come up to the bed!!😁 The owner? was also kind, and I was going to go on a sunrise tour alone at dawn, but there was a staff member guarding the lobby, so I felt reassured👍🏻"

"The hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox."

"We checked in for two nights at Pai Friendly Resort, a family operated resort, about a 15-minute walk to the Pai Walking Street. A small boutique hideaway with basic amenities - kettle and hair dryer. The room was clean and cosy, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing dip during hotter days."

"The location is right at the PAI Night Market, which is definitely an ideal location. The hotel has a unique style, with some decorations from the 1960s and 1970s. I especially like that it has a back garden and a small terrace. The toilet and bathroom are large enough. The breakfast is average. "The hotel is located directly in the tourist center of Pai. Very lively and noisy in the evenings and at night (!) location. We lived in a double villa. The condition is satisfactory, but requires updating. There were problems with the removal of water from the sink in the toilet. The partition with the neighboring room is ”paper”. The TV is old, without USB. The set of channels is standard through a set-top box that did not read flash drives with NTFS. Cleaning on request. There is a swimming pool, but, alas, the water does not warm up to comfortable temperatures (end of November 2024). In general, the impressions of staying at the hotel are good.
