"Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests. We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine."

"Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!"

"We didn't regret taking this hotel (based on the neural network's recommendation). It is located outside the city, not very suitable for people who don't want to spend money on a taxi, but want to go to Dalat - it's better to consider city options. But for those who want to have fun in the fresh air in the mountains on the shore of the lake - I highly recommend it. Cons - no air conditioning in the rooms, old TVs and the hotel itself. Pros - location (taking into account the comment above), delicious breakfasts, clean air, lake, polite staff"

"Advantages: Twin double room, big and comfortable bed, view outside the window, and many lights in the room. Breakfast is included, not much but tastes good. Disadvantages: The equipment is very old, such as TV, exhaust fan, worn quilts, hair dryer not working, refrigerator without independent power supply."

"Thank you for switching to Valley View Twin. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate my fill all three days, and the massage was nice and friendly. It's close to the lake, so it's great for a walk. Good for moving to the city center, such as the night market. The staff were very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. Valley View is quiet so I don’t wake up. If you are sensitive, please request valley view. However, the room facilities seem a bit old and need renovation. If it has sophistication, I would give it 100 points. I'll give it a 90 and I intend to visit again."

"Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise."

"Hi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists."

"10/22 I came to stay for one night on a business trip. The room was okay. The result of my executive bed room was a tatami-like room. The window was open before check-in, so the quilt was a bit damp, the altitude was high and there was no air conditioning, so it would be a bit uncomfortable. The water in the bath was very hot and the water was very fast at first. There was no hot water in two minutes. The temperature was reduced too fast and it was not comfortable to wash, so. . . Just sauce purple"

"Amazing amazing amazing location in the mountains with super nice view! One of best we have ever experienced! Far from the city but there are free shuttle buses 🚌also if u have bike it’s just 20min. Very tasty food at breakfast but the choice was same all 7 days. Not super varied food. This hotel is bird friendly 😁 a lot of birds everywhere. All rooms are big, with balcony Only one really con is bad sound insulation you can hear all doors slamming from all neighbours. Staff is nice and friendly and we will probably come to this hotel again one day."

"A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly."
