"It was really a wonderful experience. An earth experience which is true to words. Location, ambience, service, facilities, activities are all top notch. But food taste need improvement. The taste was all average for the rate they charge. We had a dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. For the dinner buffet, there were a lot of veg options which were tasty and unique. But non veg preparations and their taste were not upto the mark. For breakfast, the sausages provided were not of that much quality. In breakfast for appam, could have provided egg roast instead of beef. Puttu was all dry. Dosa items were also not that much tasty.For continental could have provided pancakes like options. Though the presentation was beautiful, we couldn't find the food as tasty while comparing to other restaurants of cgh. Vishnu, Arun, Sarath, Anushka who lead the activities done their part beautifully and gave us memorable moments."

"The property is good although the road towards the property is not so good. Parking availability at the shore (which is near the resort) is limited and unguarded. The staffs are excellent. They helped pacify our baby and took care of him when we're having dinner without even asking for it. The sunset boat trip was also a nice experience. Food served was decent. The place offers a good stay, some water activities, good food, ayurvedic treatment etc. A 2 day stay is recommended to have full experience."

"I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests"
