It was the worst hotel. First of all, there was no sign, so it was impossible to find.
With the help of an old lady hanging out laundry nearby, we unlocked the abandoned building and found the sign on the second floor door for the first time.
Finally, the manager came after 45 minutes after I called.
The bed was too small for two guys to sleep on, so I asked for a sofa bed and asked for sheets, but they said that it would be for three people, so I would have to pay for another person's stay.

In split, most of them are famous hotels, not hotels. This one is also a converted private house. No front desk and no service. The room was okay, but it was only 4 stars for a B&B, not a 4 star for a professional hotel.

Very Nice Hotel. It has amazing location. Both center and beach are very close. Room was very comfortable and we had all we need. It is in an old stone house . Girls were very helpful and helped us with recommendations. Definitely to recommend.

We had booked 3 days for 2 people at this establishment in June 2020 for 344 euros. Due to the pandemic and the travel ban we had to cancel. Although this event was neither our responsibility nor that of the hotel, the hotel imposed a penalty of half on us and gave us a credit of 165 euros valid for 1 year. This credit could not be used because travel restrictions continued until recently. Now that we can travel, the Pietra Rosa Hotel decides that it does not owe us anything even though we were unable to use their establishment and this was not our fault. We find these ways of doing things dishonest. A refund or credit of half of our 344 euros valid for 1 year after the end of the restrictions would have been fair. That's not their way of doing business. Damage. With the international uncertainties I advise you to be more careful with cancellations that are not your fault.
