"Spacious room and 40 minutes from the center. When we arrived the elevator (7th floor) was not working and there was no hot water. At reception they only gave us excuses and said that it would be fixed in a few hours. After two days we couldn't shower with hot water and they didn't give us solutions. We asked for our 2 night refund to find another place to stay, which they refused. It is the worst experience I have had in my life in the last 10 years that I have been traveling. Better to pay a little more and not stay here. "

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Atrium Hotel. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. However, it did take over 24 hours to fix a curtain that was down when we checked into the room. We used the pool, spa, and gym facilities, which were basic but functional, and we didn’t mind the walk to the old town. The reason I’ve only given one star is due to a serious issue on our last morning. While we were partway through packing, we left our bags in the room with cash inside for a short time while we went for breakfast, expecting they would be safe. No one was needed or expected in the room for at least two more hours (until check-out), but when we returned, all our euros and pounds sterling had been taken from three different locations in our bags. Based on this experience and the overall quality, I would not consider this a 5-star hotel."

The air conditioner was broken, and when I informed them, they responded immediately, but it was never fixed, so I ended up sleeping with the window open at night, listening to the noise. "I’ll say the positive things first, it’s in a good spot and the people were friendly enough. Marjan park is around the corner and is lovely. Other than that there is absolutely nothing good about this hostel. We stayed 2 nights and barely slept the entire time. It was hot enough to be a sauna and there are no fans or air conditioning, so we had the doors open for some fresh air. Which meant mosquitos all over, dogs barking all night and people talking loudly at all hours. Then there was mould on the curtain and along some skirting. And the shower head didn’t sit anywhere so had to hold it in one hand. So now I’ve left the place with rashes on me and some lumps under my eye that I’ll have to go to doctor to figure out what’s going on."

"the hostel was right in the city centre which was really convenient. From the bus stop which the airport shuttle bus drops you off at, it’s a 7 minute walk max. The showers were questionable with the glass doors being quite see through which was odd. Other than that, the stay was great. The front counter staff was lovely"
