WARNING!!!!! This was the biggest disappointment of our holiday. Please don't go here. False advertising and human feces!!! Below is a list of why you should NOT book here: THE APARTMENT AKA ROOM: !!Upon arrival at our 'apartment' we discovered that this was a room. Without kitchen, without balcony/outdoor area!! -The photos from *********** do NOT match the photos of the room. -The room was missing 1 curtain. This caused us to wake up at 8am every day. -There was an open socket where the electrical wires were hanging out. -The room was not soundproofed as indicated. -There were no toiletries. (An empty shampoo bottle). -There was incomplete cutlery available. -There was no fire alarm -No room service -We had asked 1 week in advance if we could have a bottle of drink ready. This did not happen and was charged. SERVICE FROM LAURA: !!! Laura took money from our credit card without permission before we arrived. We have also warned ***********. !!! -When we asked if we could please upgrade our room in connection with the above points, this was absolutely not possible for free, but it could be done for a lot of money. -We only received 1 towel per person. -When contacting Laura, she felt very attacked and started raising her voice. She was very irritated and felt that it was not her fault. (Also not the curtain, the open electricity and the absence of toiletries and towels) -After 7 days of nagging, we received a free clock and an extra pair of towels as a 'compensation' and 'bribery'. (This was our last day) THE BUILDING ITSELF: !! there was human feces in the hallway every day. When we told Laura this, she didn't think it was her responsibility!! Sometimes it was there for days. -There is a lot of moisture damage -There are many waste bags from the neighbors in the hallways. -There is no 'view' as we were promised on ***********

The “apartment” is run by a fraudster named Jago. Perhaps the “Laura” commented upon by others is real, but she could never make herself present beyond a messaging app on ***********. We waited for 90 minutes to be let into the crumbling bombed-out wreck of a building, only to be turned away due to Jago not liking our “energy.” We asked him why were left waiting, when it was *they* demanded to know when we would arrive the day prior. Do yourself a favor, rent literally anywhere else. “Slavic hospitality” made flesh!

WARNING!!!!! Dit was de grootste teleurstelling van onze vakantie. Ga hier alsjeblieft niet heen. False advertising en mensenpoep!!! Hieronder een lijst met waarom je hier NIET moet boeken: HET APPARTEMENT AKA KAMER: !!Bij aankomst van ons 'appartement' kwamen we er achter dat dit een kamer was. Zonder keuken, zonder balkon/buitenplek!! De foto's van *********** komen NIET overeen met de foto's van de kamer. -De kamer miste 1 gordijn. Hierdoor werden we elke dag wakker om 8 uur in de ochtend. -Er was een open stopcontact waar de elektriciteitsdraden uithingen. -De kamer was niet geluiddicht zoals aangegeven. -Er waren geen toiletartikelen. (Wel een lege shampoo fles). -Er was een niet complete servies aanwezig. -Er was geen brandalarm -Geen roomservice -We hadden 1 week van te voren gevraagd of we een flesje drinken klaargelegd kon worden. Dit is niet gebeurd en wel in rekening gebracht. SERVICE VAN LAURA: !!! Laura heeft zonder toestemming geld van onze creditcard afgehaald, vóórdat wij aankwamen. Dit hebben we ook aangegeven bij ***********. !!! -Bij vraag of we alsjeblieft konden upgraden van kamer in verband met de bovenstaande punten, kon dit absoluut niet gratis maar wel voor veel geld. -We kregen maar 1 handdoek per persoon. -Bij het contacteren van Laura, voelde ze zich erg aangevallen, begon met stemverheffing. Ze was erg geïrriteerd én vond ze dat het allemaal niet haar schuld was. (Ook niet het gordijn, de open elektriciteit en de afwezigheid van de toiletartikelen en handoeken) -Na 7 dagen zeuren kregen we als 'goedmaker' en 'omkoperij' een gratis klok en een extra paar handdoeken. (Dit was onze laatste dag) HET GEBOUW ZELF: !! er lag dagelijks mensenpoep in de gang. Toen we dit tegen Laura vertelde, vond ze dit niet haar verantwoordelijkheid !! Lag er soms dagen lang. -Er is veel vochtschade -Er liggen in de gangen veel afvalzakken van de buren. -Er is geen 'uitzicht' wat ons beloofd was op ***********
