The front desk arranged for city view room 205, but they said that the price of the two room types was the same and they were unwilling to refund the price difference. Later, I contacted Ctrip, and Ctrip refunded 315 yuan for 4 nights. I felt that the refund was too little. , but better than nothing. 2.
