As a hotel it is nice and particular, but to be a 4 star it cannot have a shower that the water comes out from below and floods the bathroom, not to mention that there was not even a bathtub, the elevator gave problems, normally in 3 star hotels they give soap and shampoo plus toothpaste and mini toothbrush, here there was only soap in the shower without shampoo, without a mini toothbrush and without toothpaste I would say that it is a poor 3 star, a nice thing is the indoor pool, for me it is equivalent to a 3 star

Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend getaway jacuzzi suite. Absolutely amazing it couldn't be any better loved every moment of it. Breakfast was phenomenal, service over all 10/10. It's on a ***** so you will hear music at night , didn't bother me at all. Lively, will definitely love it if your a party person. There was a slight smell in the hall ways aswell but once again it didn't bother me. Highly recommend beautiful hotel. I can't find words to describe how beautiful it was.

I HAVE LOVED MY STAY. First time visiting Malta, booked the room last hour and I did not regret. The hotel was beautiful, and I booked the lower categorie room, still was amazing. It is located in the heart of the party district, so if you are in Malta to party. It is ideal. Very silent rooms, great space, comfortable bed. If you are planning a more sexual adventure trip, the ceileing mirrors and some fun chains in the room might help you out with the fun. Either you go with someone or want to meet someone in the island just for fun.
The Spa and piscina are fantastic and a great place to relax or even start the day.
The breakfast buffet options were awesome and everything was freah and delicious.
St. Julian's it is also very central in Malta, so if you want to plan and travel around, the location is fantastic to be able to see so many other places in the Island.
When it comes to the service and staff. Everyone was impeccable. From the reception team, to the security, to the waiters and even the cleaning team. Everyone was always very nice and helpful. Met Sandra, on my arrival, and coincidentally she was also working 3 days later when I was checking out, She did a great job. The Hugo's group have a few more of their places around, Hugo's Pub, Bacco by Hugo's, the Hugo's Burger and others, but these were the ones I also checked out and again, everything was great.
I tolally recommend a stay in here. 10 out of 10 for me.

Overall great place to stay. Might not be suitable for people wanting chill in peacefull and quiet ambient, 9th floor was a huge benefit about this, also great view. Room facilities were fabulous. Spa could be more user friendly as most off facilities are not in use, also a bit weak steam room. Rooftop pool is closed but might be great to let people just sit and chill drinking coffee? /tea or reading books as it's pretty cold to swim. Very polite and friendly staff.

Very decent hotel, very friendly staff, top quality energy, very clean. Very helpful. Solved all problems free access to the  infinity roof top terrace pool with replacement new towels as much as you like friendly bar service  unlimited access to indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms. The €50 deposit was returned the day I left  the guy at the checkout was even friendly. He let me store my luggage as my check-in wasn’t till 4 o’clock but kept my luggage for me so I could explore Enjoy my day, stressfree without having to carry it with me  amazing location, very close to everything  I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to visit Malta. You must give this hotel a try you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back this time probably in the summertime #solotraveler #malta
