We booked a 5-night stay but left after one night due to the lack of air conditioning and mosquito nets/screens in the bedroom. We had to sleep with the windows closed and the bedroom door open to get cool air from the unit installed in the kitchen. The hotel is rated 2 stars, and the manager deemed one air conditioning unit sufficient for a two-room apartment. We still had to pay for two nights due to the contract cancellation terms. In August, a partially air-conditioned apartment is quite inconvenient, and leaving immediately does not constitute a violation of the contract from the customer's end. This reflects poor service delivery from the hotel owner. I would not recommend this hotel to those who cannot tolerate the heat.

Nice hotel! It has a large swimming pool! I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, its location 10 minutes from Chania bus station, the bus stop is 100 meters from the hotel, for its staff to take care of all customers, for breakfast which is really excellent. A big thank you also to the owners who take care of all their staff and customers, they make sure everything is good! I will be back with great pleasure!

What can i say about Artemis. I stayed for 10 nights in this wonderful hotel. The apartments are ideal for long stays. Full equipped kitchenette. Big bedroom with closets. Big living room with table and chairs but the best thing was the balcony. It was huge and peaceful. We spent many hours reading and relaxing. The two brothers who run the hotel were friendly and always there to help you. One of the best hotels I have ever visit.

We got a large apartment well equipped with cooking utensils. There is a large, well maintained pool, quiet on the premises during our stay. We traveled often and it was important that the bus stop was close by. Excellent value for money!!!!

The hotel was comfortable and well located. The residents were friendly and like-minded (not a partisan crowd). It was quiet at breakfast and the breakfast was full and tasty. The apartment was really spacious and the air conditioning was a big plus! The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare your own food. We would have enjoyed longer in the apartment. The pool is also a big plus! The service was good, the apartments are kept clean and tidy. At the pool, you can also get food/snacks and drinks from the counter, which was located in the closed courtyard of the aparthotel.

Big and renovated rooms with large balconies. The suites have a modern design. Artemis Apartments is hidden in a quite area, 50 meters away from the noisy street with their own parking area. The breakfast is super. The 2 brothers are very good hosts. Nice choice!

Everything was perfect! The location is perfect - lots of shops, restaurants etc. To get to the beach you have to cross the road, but the beach was almost empty, very few people around, quiet neighborhood. The staff was nice but not intrusive, the rooms are clean and spacious, everything was absolutely perfect

Big and comfort room with a lovely balcony. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything to prepare a meal. The staff was always willing to help you. The pool was big and clean. We were very happy with our stay. Great value for money Definitely recommended hotel.
