"My daughter and. I spent 9 nights here on allinclusive the positives first very clean hotel,that’s it negatives the food is absolutely awful, such cheap food the fruit was mouldy in the basket, I have decaff coffee and tea they do no provide this but you can have a decaff coffee if you pay I have never come across the meanness and such poor quality just looking at it made us feel ill we ate out a lot of the time . This is advertised as a 4 star some of the staff were really really rude and as two women on are own it was quite intimidating .The drinks were so limited and such poor quality if you pay they make really nice drink if not do not make any effort to make you dink look nice .the outside of the hotel looks like a war zone on a very very busy main Road the beach across the Road has broken sunbeds rumble and lots of run down bars and rubbish on it we would not recommend this hotel to our worse enemies"

"My family and I visited Eliros for 1 week. Before arrival we had a great communication with Maria, the owner of the place. Eliros is a wonderfull place 10 minutes walk from the main road/beach front of Plantanias. A fantastisc view from the balcony of our room/pool area. Cleaning was very good. Maria was a perfect and lovley host and made us feel very welcome. We will recommend everybody to visit this great place. "

"The hotel was comfortable and well located. The residents were friendly and like-minded (not a partisan crowd). It was quiet at breakfast and the breakfast was full and tasty. The apartment was really spacious and the air conditioning was a big plus! The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare your own food. We would have enjoyed longer in the apartment. The pool is also a big plus! The service was good, the apartments are kept clean and tidy. At the pool, you can also get food/snacks and drinks from the counter, which was located in the closed courtyard of the aparthotel."

"We are staying at Phaedra, and everything has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right by the sea and has its own beautiful, well-maintained private beach. There is also a spacious swimming pool that is not treated with chemicals but instead uses a saltwater electrolysis system, which is excellent for people with sensitive skin or skin conditions. The hotel itself is very clean and well cared for, and the housekeeping is thorough and meticulous. All of this is thanks to the owner, Nikos, who is a very professional and trustworthy person. He treats every guest with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience! 🤗"

"We had a lovely stay at Theo Hotel in Crete and overall it was a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed. The hotel itself was in a great location and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the team worked hard to make guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. The only small improvements I would suggest would be slightly larger bathroom/shower spaces, as they felt a little cramped at times, and ensuring toiletries are replenished more promptly when needed. Aside from those minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Theo Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a wonderful one!"

"I was allocated Creta Palm as a replacement for my selected hotel, which was unable to accommodate me. I was unsure what to expect, but was pleased. The hotel is friendly, with helpful reception staff, available 24 hours (always reassuring for a solo traveller). The main hotel has a lovely pool (too cold to use on this visit), and a small variety area, with a very jovial barman, who quickly learned names and drink choices! I was concerned the hotel would be too noisy for me. However, my room was in the annex across the road (a busy road at times, but there is a direct footbridge), and once in my room, all I could hear was the crash of waves on the beach! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I did get bitten by mosquitoes on the first night - do come prepared! Breakfast had a good choice, and plenty. I recommend the yoghurt! Creta Palm is a good base for exploring the Chania area. There are public buses running along the coast (sometimes can be unreliable), and the city is walkable (about 90 minutes). Can also recommend a trip to Imbros Gorge. If I visited again, I would definitely hire a car so I could see more of Crete."

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this most beautiful spot in Chania. There are only 13 apartments so it has a small family feel. The view is stunning and the pool and rooms are spotlessly clean. Maria, the host, makes all guests feel very special and is so welcoming and helpful. The apartments are perfectly located for the beaches, some lovely beach bars (providing sunbeds in return for minimum food spend) as well as several very nice Greek cuisine restaurants and some lovely pool bars (minimum spend) along the coast. We were there for 24nights and explored as much of the Chania region as we could. We were able to walk into the old town (about 90 minutes) as well as get local buses right along the coast (7 minutes walk to bus stop). We hired a car for 2 weeks and explored the mountains and many beautiful beaches. As a base for a lovely holiday, new could not fault Eliros Studios and we will be back."

Apartment is a mezzanine style - a lot of stairs. 2 balconies, one to the pool and one upstairs from the bedroom with a view (a sea at the horizon). Overall a nice and quiet place, up on the hill in the village of Stalos. 2 restaurants very close (3 mins walk), but no shops. Beach and shops about 2 km. Car is needed."

"So i spent seven AMAZING DAYS in this hotel. To be completely honest i felt like part of the family on leaving day. From the room service (maids cheerful) to the aerial on tv being fixed within a few hours, not that i was there to watch tv ! Breakfast was always a delight as there was always polite staff ready to recommend the vast choice of food available. Local supermarket on site with great knowledge of the area and recommendations on restaurants in the area. I need to get back before the summer is over as already miss them !! So its a 10/10 for me"
