The rooms were in an awful condition. No Aircon on first night, later told you have to pay for it. The extracted fan was held to the wall with tissue paper. loose wires poking out of the wall and the grass outside our room. Bugs in the beds. The bed for the third person was basically a prison bed .I've stayed cheap before, but this is something else. The only positive was the lovely bar lady, who made a lovely daquori. We stayed one night, got a refund (not in full) and left as quick as we could. The manager was rude and when we tried to ask for a refund she changed her mind and said she was 'just a receptionist' and refused to take responsibility. There was WiFi but good luck trying to get on to it. I'm not one to leave a negative review but I've never seen a hotel so poor .

This place is seriously cool with its chill Greek vibe, I booked it despite reviews and never regret it. The owner and the staff are trying a lot: from certification of cleaning to the very attentive cleaning ladies and proper management. The beach is super close, just a quick walk. At the beginning of the season - the water was cool and it was a bit windy. The rooms were clean &comfy, each had a balcony or terrace - a great decision of their constructor, and some of them are in front of the pool. we had a book in the room with all the necessary information including WI-FI, breakfast and pool time, local trips etc. The reception area had a friendly atmosphere with piano music, and some guests were repeat clients for a long time. I found out that they even used to leave their scarp from each vacation in the hotel store room - that was a real surprise. In a place like this, you’ll definitely want to extend your stay. I might even come back because it’s such a great balance of cost and quality.

Me and my girlfriend checked in this hotel 24.09.2023. After one night I noticed bite marks and so on. After Inspection I found marks of bed bug feces. Hotel has no active reception, so we had to stay the room overnight. In that night I had confirmation on my suspicion when I saw one bed bug in the white sheet. What makes this gross is that the owner said that they tried to poison them out 20 days ago (not sure if true) Even though one time poison isn’t enough. In the third night they said that we had to remove all our belongings from that room and bring them to new room. Not Acceptable, we covered them in plastic and left in reception. It was weird, it’s like the owner didn’t care and wanted to rent out the room anyways. So, in the following morning I saw cleaning lady carrying a new mattress to the room and magically the exterminators “report” said that there were no bed bugs, the room was instantly occupied with new residents. We had been told that pest control would arrive not sooner than the following morning. There’s no time to do full inspection in an hour. We have experienced significant financial losses already and the holiday is only halfway through. It feels like the owner knew about the bed bug problem beforehand and just wanted to make more money rather than get rid of the problem. For the sake of your mental wellness, avoid at all costs. I will share this to every outlet available.

Very little is ok about this hotel. We had two extremely uncomfortable nights here and a lot of issues with the ignorant and obnoxious hotel management. The location is ok. The pool is alright but over chlorinated and has a drunk barman that turns up at 10am pours himself beers and stares at everyone! We’ve had a really terrible time at this hotel, their customer service it’s exceptionally bad. Upon arrival, we got a hand written note in reception for which room we were in. In the room no welcome, ac instructions, no wi-fi password. The room was dated like they invested any money in them since the 1980’s, beds were hard and noisy, very little kitchen equipment, a bathroom that flooded when you had a shower and a very noisy and smelly toilet. However these issues weren’t even our main problem The apartment only had one ac unit that was old and ineffective in the living area and no ac unit in the bedroom. The bedroom had a low lying window that was open and had a 20 metre drop onto concrete. DO NOT BRING KIDS TO THIS HOTEL. There was no fly net or safety screen. As a protective father with an adventurous 3 year old son this scared me. We had two very hot and uncomfortable nights here before leaving. We raised our concerns with the staff but they were uninterested, on the 3rd day we spoke with the receptionist who said they will give us a refund for our remaining nights. However, this was a lie. Booking . com spoke with the manager who denied all knowledge of my complaint and that i had been assured a refund. Since this time they have continued to refuse to refund one and completely uninterested in making any changes. The room was boiling hot, no ac in the bedroom and a very unsafe window for kids, i would not go near this hotel and wouldn’t be surprised if it closed in the not so distant future because of poor customer service and unsafe environments. Disgusting

Stayed here as a group of 4. 2 on ground floor, 2 on upper floor, self catering. Our room was basic but suited our needs. Swimming pool was cleaned every day and all staff friendly. Air conditioning was fantastic very cold. On our balcony we had a clothes horse which was very handy. Bar men were very nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very outdated, especially the bathroom looks like disgusting. Air conditioning for extra price, don't even try to survive without it. Breakfast was same every day, some basic buns, hard-boiled eggs amd some sweet pastry. No effort was put on it. Reception basically doesn't exist. One day local school kids came to the hotel to chill and swim after school but as no one from the hotel workers was there nothing happened. Pools are okay. The only positive thing was cleaning, cleaners did their best but it doesn't help with the terribly old rooms and furnitures.

I recently travelled here with my partner and we were absolutely devastated when we arrived. Our flight was originally delayed by two hours so we only arrived to our hotel around 1am, the driver of the bus did not even know the location of the hotel and kept driving around in circles, he then began to get annoyed that he could not locate our hotel and told us to leave the bus and that it was "somewhere here" thankfully we could google map it and it was a short walk away, however it was dark and we had to walk down dark alleyways to get to the hotel. when we arrived we expected to check in with the "24 hour reception" however we soon came to realise this was a lie. I began to ring the receptions phone number but there was no answer, i then decided to go on to the hotel website and there was a personal phone number, i rang this and a woman answered and told me there was a note left on the main door for us, on the note was our names and directions to our room with "key left in the door" on the bottom. I understand that Greece is a safe place but i absolutely do not agree with leaving your room keys in the front door and a note for anyone to see directing them to it!! When we found our room and entered we were both extremely disappointed. The pictures we had seen online were absolutely nothing like the room we were given, the room was extremely small to begin with, there was a very small tv in the room with a half functioning tv remote stuck to the wall although this didnt matter as there was no operating channels on the tv anyway. The room was extremely humid and we tried to turn on the aircon, which we later found out you have to pay an additional cost for, the shower did not work and after being delayed in the airport and a 4 and a half hour flight this is all we wanted. The water would not turn on and when it finally did after numerous attempts the water was freezing cold. After this you can imagine how we were both feeling, we decided to just relax and watch a movie before bed in hopes of feeling a bit better, it was then we realised that the wifi was password protected and because the "24 hour reception" was closed we never got the password, due to the location of the hotel there was also no reception so we couldnt even use our mobile data. We decided to just go to sleep and that we would no longer be staying at this hotel. I would not consider myself or my partner to be hard to please but going on a foreign holiday to relax and not being able to watch a movie at night or even being able to have the luxury of a hot shower was enough to make us up and leave after one night. The following morning we got to get up and have an actual look around the hotel before leaving, just outside our room was the pool that was quite dirty and there was open holes in the ground that had plastic chairs shoved into them to stop anyone from falling into them, we do not have kids ourselves but we did see kids around the pool and this is completely unsafe for them. When we arrived in the afternoon, nobody at reception, there was a note for us with the keys, found our room, rooms were spacious, clean, but under equipped, only 3 cups and 2 forks for a family of five. there was no information in room about wi-fi code etc. The following morning there was someone at reception so found out what we needed to know . The main problem at this hotel is no bar or pool bar open so cannot get a drink even though holiday was advertised as having these bars , have to go to supermarket at bottom of the road for a drink. For quite a large hotel there was never anybody around if you had a problem or wanted information., shame as it was quite a nice hotel
