The location is very good, opposite the lobster restaurant and very close to the pier. The sunrise and sunset sea views are great.
You can also see little penguins in the evening, and there are little kangaroos on the grass on the way back to the parking lot.

The last-minute reservation was a surprise. I got a sea view room from a distance, and there were seagulls everywhere. The seafood restaurant Hursey was right outside the door. The view was really amazing. However, I had to go to another hotel in the town to check in and out. I had to look for it. The service staff was very nice but unprofessional and I had to go through a lot of trouble. highly recommended
