"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the experience was great! The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Queenie. She went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She gave us clear directions on how to get around Hong Kong and even shared helpful tips on what to do in case we got lost in the city. The location is also a big plus very accessible and within walking distance to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring Hong Kong so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hong Kong!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even came down to meet me when I arrived at 3:30 PM and assisted me with my luggage. Check-in was a breeze, and I was very pleased with my room – it felt so cozy, and the bed linens were lovely. The location is also excellent. I had a wonderful time in Hong Kong."

"Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and just right for me and my son. The daily room service was a great touch—they provided fresh towels, tissues, and neatly fixed the bed each day. While there was no bidet, the handheld shower served as a convenient alternative. The amenities were complete as described, though guests should bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. One of the best things about this place was its accessibility. It was conveniently close to the bus station for airport transfers and just a short walk to Mong Kok MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay! Sorry, I wasn't able to take pic of the room. Forgot, we are too busy during our stay, super enjoyed the stay, because it was close to everything you need. Literally room for sleep for us."

"They try their best, and I am sure they give you the best they have, but the rooms are really small and not comfortable. I understand Hong Kong has one of the most expensive square meters in the world, but the room I slept first night was the worst I stayed in my life. They shouldn’t put anyone there. I had nightmares the entire evening. You can see the pictures. I asked to change and I paid more 6 US dollars per night for a 5 mts room. More 3% for paying with visa (the only place asked me that in the entire city). So, I would say, search better. Maybe you can get better, even in the same building. The location is fantastic."

"We got windows which was nice. The location is rlly perfect, just along nathan road. The Receptionist is non-english speaker. The room was clean, it wasnt that small, it was okay for 2 people. No hidden charges or additional cleaning charges. They provided only toothbrush and a disposable towel for the whole stay. It was secured and quiet. There’s a weird smell on the foyer or hallway as you enter the unit but it was okay. They provided 2 adapters in the room and has free wifi but sometimes it’s a bit slow. Overall, I’d recommend this and would book this again."

"The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs. The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close. Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved."

"If you want to stay in a budget area in tsim sha tsui but hesitant to book in chungking and mirador mansion, I would definitely recommend this place! It’s located in tsim sha tsui mansion. Location is 10/10. Building might look old and first impression may not be exactly pleasing but this guesthouse is clean and safe. 1-2 min walk from the station. Exit outside ISQUARE so you won’t have to take the stairs in the station with your bags. Bus stop is also just located in front incase you decide to take the bus from the airport. Walking distance to all tourist spots including Bakehouse and Cheung Hing Kee Pan Fried Buns. Owner is easy to communicate with and instructions are clear. Daily housekeeping is a plus as well. Walls are thin but not really an issue for us tho. Also very grateful that he decided to let us check in when we arrived around 11am. Requested for a room with a table and chairs for work and we got the room. Aircon and water heater works well. There is also free water in the waiting area for guests."

"The hostel is in a very strategic location in Tsim Sha Tsui, just a short walk from the MRT station. There are also many great places to eat nearby, open until midnight. We switched from a standard room to the deluxe twin room for bigger space for most of our stay there, and the room was clean, allowing us to sleep well. The owner is very kind and friendly. She provided free laundry service and even folded our clothes after washing them, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay in the Tsim Sha Tsui area."

"The area is great, eventhough the building is old. The service is very good. The landlady was great, she’s really accommodating thought there was a language barrier, but with AI language assistance, everything will be smooth. Overall. Our stay was pleasant. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, money exchange in the area. Not to mention the public transport. So near from the bus stop and just a meter away from the MTR Jordan station. It’s very very convenient. 5 stars for madam..I just forgot her name. Very good people."

"Overall a good experience. The location was perfect for me, just outside the metro entrance, many buses around and walkable distance to some nice neighbourhoods. The room (no. 10) was not 4 beds but 6 which is fine, but not what advertised. For me, the main disadvantage was that there was no locker, not for the bags and not for smaller items, which meant that bags were just lying on the floor of a quite small room and they weren't really secured. Also, the bathroom is inside the bedroom and the shower just gets everything wet inside - for me it was okay and the soundproofing was surprisingly good, but just be aware. Although there wasn't anyone at reception when I arrived, the answered through whatsapp very fast and gave all the necessary information."
