Subang Jaya Hotels with Airport pickup service

Booked the hotel last minute for countdown on New Year's eve. Check-in was fast. Reception and staff are professional and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the fireworks at the pool area.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be impressively cost-effective. The service was exceptional; when I discovered my room wasn't clean, they promptly upgraded me to a larger one at no extra cost. Though the initial room issue was a drawback, their quick resolution more than compensated for it. On a brighter note, the hotel served excellent coffee, a delightful perk for mornings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the outstanding service made up for any initial hiccups. Typical business hotel located in Subang Jaya just opposite the MyDin Hypermarket across the road. Basic yet convenient with 24 hours front desk.

Good location, old but spacious. Can't understand it's different management under one roof. My has no reception counter. Has to go to the basement to meet a staff to take me to my room. It's called a resorts but has no swimming pool and breakfast is not an option.

Location very good, walking distance to LRT. Shopping mall just in front of the Residence Tower. Very clean unit, bed very comfortable.

I had a very good short stay here. The bed was big and room very comfortable. Air conditioning was strong and the room was good for the price paid. You can choose to top up if you want an earlier check in. The lounge area outside was very cosy, with vending machines, refillable water and charging stations if you want to chill before leaving the area. I was served by Kamil upon check in and she was so friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bags first before checking in as I arrived earlier. There is a QR Code that you can scan to get information and talk to someone if yo u need help. I served by Hoikot upon checking out and he was very helpful with my questions. Do note that deposit is via cash only, so do prep beforehand. Recommend anyone who wants an alternative when going to sunway.

The location is very convenient. It was situated in the same building as sunway mall. Easy access to mall. The room was very spacious and 2 big bed were provided. Easy communication with the agent.
