Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! The direct pool access and special entrance to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park made everything so convenient. Breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill was outstanding, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, including a kids’ corner. The direct connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall was another great perk for shopping and dining. Service was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. If we visit Kuala Lumpur again, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for families.

The room is very clean and tidy. It is a nursing home in Kuala Lumpur, where rich elderly people live. I feel it is quieter than a normal hotel. I chose this hotel by accident because I watched Andy Lau. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again in the future, I will continue to choose this hotel (I don’t mind that there is a hospital next to it 🏥friend)

The hotel is located at a strategic place. Easy access to PJ and KL. Also convenient to go for shopping as it is connected to the shopping complex. Parking is easy as many parking lots available after 9pm. Room is clean and we have a pleasant stay here.

The service is incredible, they were polite and helpful. However, I strongly recommend for people who are able to spend a little bit more for Sunway Resort as the fitness centre and other amenities are just that much better. However, Sunway Pyramid truly was a good stay with a great breakfast.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay.
