錦州商務賓館坐落在廈門路與富康大道交叉口東南角，交通便利，附近有免費的大型停車區，所以也不用擔心停車問題。賓館內房間眾多高低檔次不同，但都非常乾淨衞生，老闆服務熱情，讓人住着很舒心！已經多次入住！性價比非常高，商旅的不二之選！

距離宿遷學院比較近，步行五分鐘左右。環境整體而言還不錯，基礎設施比較完備，性價比很高，如果有機會的話，還會再次選擇這家。
