It's not even worth 1 point. It's been about 2 months since I stayed there and I'm still angry. I'm blaming myself for not doing enough research. I booked 4 nights, but I couldn't stay the first night because I was on a business trip and arrived at the accommodation the morning of the second day. There was no one at the management office on the first floor, so I called the number listed, but they didn't answer, so I called another number listed and got through. I found out later that the first number was the owner's number and the second number was the manager's number. I got the floor and room number over the phone and went up to the room, but the door was open. The building itself was old and there were luggage piled up in the hallway, and it looked like an abandoned shopping mall. I don't know if the heating wasn't working or not, but I could feel the cold air outside. The room was the worst. Maybe because the door was open, the room was full and the floor was cold even though it was a small space. The floor was cold, but it was dirty because they had just wiped the dust with a dry mop or because it had been wet for a long time, so I worried about taking off my shoes when I entered the room because I was afraid that my socks would get dirty. The room smelled like a poorly managed outdoor storage. It smelled of mold, dust, old oil, a pungent smell, the smell of the sewer coming from the sink, the smell of old wood and plastic furniture, etc. It was hard to breathe. I wore a mask, but the stench was so bad that it stung my nose and I had a headache. The room was cold because the door was open, so these smells made me think that's why I left the door open. They changed me to a room on a different floor, and it was similar to the room in the Trip.com introduction photo. The first room was different from the Trip.com introduction photo. The manager texted me the door lock password, but the door lock passwords for the first and second rooms were the same. I was so stressed out after seeing the hygiene and cleanliness in the first room, but after receiving the text message for the door lock password for the second room, I started to worry about security, theft, and hidden cameras. The hallway was dark, and I didn't know if the CCTV was on, and the room was open for ventilation, but the room had furniture and items that were perfect for hiding hidden cameras. The second room was better, but I decided not to stay there in the end. The heating was on, but it wasn't warm, and it smelled like the first room, and in the second room, the smell of kimchi stew and stir-fried pork came in from the kitchen vent. The bathroom was similar to the first room. I couldn't even think about showering, and I didn't want to wash my hands. Looking at the bedding, I thought I should sleep wearing a padded jacket so that my outerwear and skin wouldn't touch the bedding. Fortunately, I made a reservation for a good accommodation on Trip.com right after leaving the accommodation. I had forgotten about the nightmare of Easy Residence, but since I travel a lot for business, I often think of Easy Residence when I use hotels, motels, Airbnbs, and residences. I wasn't going to write a review, but when I use a hotel-level Airbnb like this week, it's so incomparable to Easy Residence. It's been two months, but I'm writing a review.

真的是賓至如歸的體驗! 前台很多時候沒人,我當時中午到的,猶豫了一下打了電話,老闆很快就來了,阿姨會講中文,特別親切,提前讓我入住~ 進去真的別有洞天!環境好,隔音佳,設施一應俱全,微波爐,冰箱,電視…甚至還有縫紉機… 都可以自己料理,非常好的體驗,位置也棒,離地鐵水原市廳站步行5-10min,非常方便。 來水原玩的話強烈推薦這家酒店!如果是華人,真的能感覺到家的温馨和舒適~
