The room layout is very tidy, and the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean. I was able to enjoy a relaxing hot bath there. Honestly, it felt just like being at home. It completely washed away any unpleasant experiences I had at other hotels in Seoul. A special thanks to the male staff member named Han at the front desk, who also helped me send a package. In summary: a first-class hotel with top-notch, warm service. I also think the air conditioning system in the room was by far the best I encountered during my two-week trip in Korea; it maintained a perfectly consistent temperature, unlike some places where it fluctuated, and the room never felt stuffy. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if they could provide slippers or bathrobes for children."

"Overall, it was clean and quiet at night. You could comfortably walk around barefoot, truly on par with a 5-star hotel! Due to environmental considerations, toiletries weren't provided. The front desk staff all spoke English and communication was very smooth, resolving any issues promptly. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese check-in guide, which was a thoughtful touch and absolutely wonderful!"

"I stayed for over two weeks, and it is the best place I have ever stayed in Suwon!! Perhaps because it's brand new, it's the ultimate in cleanliness that women love.
There are so many advantages that I'm listing them here:
1. Excellent cleanliness
2. Game Room: The computers are high-quality, and high-capacity games run incredibly well.
3. Rich in OTT: Since you log in via MovieNet, there wasn't a single OTT service missing compared to other hotels (Tving, Watcha, Wavve, YouTube, Disney, Netflix—seriously, nothing is missing).
4. Cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, bus stops, etc. are all close by.
5. 2nd Floor Lounge: You can take as many items as you need (towels, amenities, etc.).
6. Washer/Dryer: It was great having a washing machine and dryer in the 2nd floor lounge.
7. Breakfast: Everything you could possibly need (bread, bread jam, ramen, fruit, milk, snacks, cereal, etc.).
8. Noise: Perhaps because it's brand new and there was nobody else around, there was absolutely no noise. I had a truly relaxing staycation and enjoyed the atmosphere! Should I call this a place I want to keep all to myself? It’s so comfortable here now that I don’t even think about going anywhere else haha."

"Luggage storage was well-managed, and I received a tag. Check-in was at 3 PM. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store, which was very handy. Getting to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress by bus was quite easy, but the subway station is a bit of a walk, about 10-15 minutes. The room was on the smaller side, making it difficult to fully open a large suitcase."

Overall, it is OK. The poor travel is no problem. The things are clean. The wifi is not bad. It is still Trip.com cost-effective. The tax increase is less than 200RMB. I stayed for 4 nights and there is a reservoir around. The location is very convenient, there are 13 buses, you can't find the water tree or motel namu on Google maps, remember to search suwon tree"

For the price, it offers excellent value for money, especially in Korea. There's a self-service laundry room on B1, with both washing and drying machines costing 2,000 KRW per cycle."

"The location is fantastic. The airport bus station is right in front of the hotel, and the ticket booth is conveniently located right there. We took the bus to Gangnam, and the subway station is just a short 100 meters away, with escalators for easy access. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The only downside was the absence of a microwave. However, aside from that, everything else was excellent. If we ever visit Korea again, we’ll definitely be staying at this hotel."
