"Check in was easy. Owner was very kind. Everything needed was provided. For the price, it was a good place to stay. The walls weren’t the thickest so you could hear other people but nothing too bad. Attractions could be reached really conveniently by foot or bus."

"Yeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place."

"We book this hotel near to stadium as we were going to watch a basketball match. Location good and many restaurants were right behind the hotel and opens till late.
We stayed one night, the bath tub needs an upgrading but the bed were good to sleep on."

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute walk from Suwon City Hall Station! It's convenient because it's close to the station, but it's in a place that feels like a night town, so it's quite lively at night and to be honest, I can't say that the security is good. In the morning, it's quiet and not at all! However, the hotel seems to have just been built, and it was very clean! I think it's a motel, but if you're just staying there, it doesn't bother me at all, and I think this room is very good for this price range! You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV! There were plenty of amenities, and the self-service corner on each floor had a microwave and instant drinks! The floor heating worked well and it was comfortable!

쭈쭈쭈나The hotel facilities looked a bit outdated, but the rooms were spacious and clean! There was an airport bus right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to get back to the airport, and it was great that I could go to the hot places in Nyingtong just by crossing the overpass.

AAndiswaAThe locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

SShaxi Peter’s KitchenThis Marriott is connected to a very small mall with many restaurants (nothing fancy).
The Mall is convenient and nice to walk around in.
More importantly, it borders a wetland park, which is really nice to spend time in.
There is not much to do in Suwon (it seems to be a business oriented city with many business people visiting LG and Samsung.) There is also a convention center and a larger mall next door.
Breakfast is ok.

KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time.

The picture in the room is as shown in the picture. It is convenient to travel. The outside of the hotel may look a bit old. It does not look very clean. But in the room, the cleanliness is 5 points. Everything is complete. Toothbrush, body lotion, facial cream for both men and women, comb, hair dryer, hair straightener. There is tea and coffee in the room. You can come empty-handed and stay. The bed is soft, the pillows are good, the blanket is warm, the air is cool, the water flows, very convenient 👍👍👍

AAnonymous UserLocation is great for right outside the train station. Ingye-dong is a quick walk. There isn’t a lot of restaurants immediately outside of hotel. Staff was great and room was clean. It was lacking wall plugs though. Big plus for the pop corn machine in the lobby.

GGuest UserThe guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
