Located at the Xinghai square in SIP, it's a perfect spot to stay if visit Suzhou for business or leisure. The hotel itself has aged and could need some renovation. Some of the staff is extremely helpful and very caring about all your needs, esp. the concierges Henry and Mark!

Staying at Courtyard by Marriott Kunshan is truly an unforgettable experience. The professionalism of the service staff is amazing. From check-in to responding to daily needs, they are extremely efficient and warm and thoughtful. They always smile and make people feel like spring breeze. The hotel has been in business for more than ten years, but the maintenance is still in place. What surprised me most was that the hotel also upgraded my room. The room is spacious and bright, with all kinds of facilities. Here, I feel truly at home. Whether it is comfortable bedding or clean and tidy bathroom, it reflects the hotel's intentions. In short, Courtyard by Marriott Kunshan left a deep impression on me with its professional service, brand-new facilities and thoughtful upgraded services.

The room is clean and decent size. The front desk staff is friendly. However, the staff at the entrance handling cars and customers enquiry on getting taxi was terrible. He is not professional and untidy, not the usual personnel you would expect of the Marriot brand. The hotel is too far from places of interest n the location of the hotel is somewhat weird. However, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel.
