Staying at GreenTree Inn Hong Kong District for three days on a business trip, the experience was very good. Convenient transportation, comfortable rooms and excellent hygiene. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant aunt cut onion was super intimate. The front desk manager is particularly outstanding, dressed properly, polite, patiently answering when consulting, efficient handling of business, ordering staff well organized, and meticulous service.

The location of the hotel is very conspicuous. You can see the store sign from far away. The parking lot is also large and there are tram charging stations. All the hotel staff have a very good service attitude. They are patient and enthusiastic, and the reception is polite. They always keep the guests in mind. Moreover, they are able to respond expertly to various inquiries and handle issues extremely well. I am also very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I give this hotel a thumbs up!

There is a young lady at the front desk who should be a newcomer. She is not very impatient. She is not very professional. The experience is poor. The other lady is fine. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The professionalism of the hotel is much worse than when I came before. It is recommended that staff training be strengthened.
