I was looking at the map on the way home and passed by Taicang. I decided to go to Taicang for a day and booked a room temporarily. I found that Ctrip was cheaper than the IHG app and the room was really cheap. But a strange thing happened. I booked two rooms and one room was booked. The room was normal, but the two cards in the other room could not open the door. I thought there was something wrong with the way I opened it. I went to the front desk again to get the room card and there was another queue. The experience was still relatively poor. The facilities in the room were complete. , except for the musty smell when opening the cabinet, the hotel has its own underground garage, but the entrance and exit are relatively small, so you have to be careful with large cars when you first come. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is convenient to visit several attractions.

We booked 4 rooms with our colleagues and children. During the 2-day stay, the hotel staff treated us with courtesy. In particular, Huang Ziyang and Zheng Mengting at the front desk were very welcoming. Mr. Huang took the initiative to contact me the day before check-in and helped us upgrade to a suite so that the 4 children could play together. The room was clean and shared the swimming pool and breakfast with Hualuxe Hotel. The breakfast was good, especially the free breakfast for children under 12 years old, which was very humane. Everyone felt that it was cost-effective. I left my earrings and necklace when I left. Mr. Huang actively helped us find them. I am really grateful to them.

This hotel is very nice as it is located close to the Suzhou office parks. It has a nice view of the central courtyard in the back. The breakfast is good as they have a perfect mix of Chinese and western options like eggs and bacon, and they have forks and knives. There is an outdoor plaza mall with a lot of good restaurants right across the street. There is a KFC and Starbucks there if you need it. Usually at least one person can speak English at the front desk and they are very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and they give you 4 bottles of water every day. I would recommend this place.
