Hotel was clean and they even offered complimentary food as we were running the half marathon th next day so would miss breakfast!

The hotel has a nice and beautiful environment, the staff is very kind and many of them can communicate in English. We had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
The breakfast also worth it.
I was there with my family for Taihu Marathon, really close to the starting line.

Location is industrial and not many eateries nearby. Hotel staff service is excellent except the mini fridge bar is not working correctly.

The Hotel is quite new, very nice.
I have asked for a late check-out at 2 pm which was no problem.
It is always difficult to rate the location. It is far away from the citycenter but for my needs, it was very good, a 15 minutes walk to the subway.
I did not have breakfast but dinner was good.

Just ok for a Hilton…The room and welcome cookies were nice, and it’s very clean and new. Breakfast was also adequate, with Chinese options and some mostly mediocre western options.
Be warned, the location is super remote and located in an industry zone, with no restaurants or cafes nearby, so factor that into your travel plans…it takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to anywhere in central Suzhou.
