I came from a nearby city and wanted to find a place to stay after playing with friends until late. I found this B&B in a small alley nearby. It was very late, but the owner still greeted us warmly. My girlfriend and I booked a family room (we didn't want to stay in a standard room but wanted two beds which were too hard to find), and the owner quietly upgraded it to a loft without telling us. Service: The owner was warm and generous. He came out to pick us up and helped us carry our luggage to the door. When I came back from going out, the door didn't open, so he called and came to help immediately. He was always available. The tickets were booked late, and the owner didn't charge for delayed check-out. Compared to the last time I stayed in a homestay in Kaifeng, the owner's wife asked for all kinds of credits and praised the comments, and asked to delete the comments because the photos were not taken well. Such a straightforward and generous owner who silently helps you get everything done, who can't say that the owner of Suzhou homestay is great.
