Location :excellent surrounding lot of shopping mall and eateries
Tranport : excellent convenience to travel around train station and sightseeing spot.
Services: excellent staff was polite and efficient. Smooth check in and out .

Room is clean. Housekeeping is very fast and clean very well. Window can be opened very airy comfortable. Split Aircon can be changed cold or hot. Front office is very helpful. Very good location. Subway exit 2 at doorstep. Shopping centres and Restaurants all around the hotel. I will certainly come back to this hotel to stay again.

This place is in a superb location, everything at the doorstep from metro to shopping and places to eat. What makes it even better is the affordable price, staff were helpful and theres an awesome wee delivery robot. My room was slightly tired and the corridors need upgrading but overall for the price and location its perfect.

Front desk was very helpful - depends on the shift. But mostly friendly and helpful. Washing machine facilities readily available, if the staff are free, they will help to put in for you in the dryer. Hotel was also clean and very accessible to all places! (:
There is also a man sitting on the front recommending tours. If lazy, can get from him. If not can go your own.
Exit number 2! 2 stops away from the Suzhou train station!

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few step from the metro line 4 station chayuanchang. Close to shopping mall, food street, staffs are nice.
